yes it is… I’ll remember that and many other warnings 💋

  2. “Do you hear that sound, Mr. Anderson? It is the sound of inevitability.” The Matrix

The key for me in releasing the draw of the Narc was to learn neurolinguistics. Once I understood that, I understood the language tactics. Now, I rarely encounter them, and when I do, I feel empathy for the lack, but not enough to stick around. The fall may be inevitable for many, but so is the Rise.

Smart advice. I did so in the same direction

    2. I do enjoy your quote from the Matrix… Neo rose from the dead even stronger and we can see that Agent Smith grew stronger as well. I do like the series outcome though! 🙂

Sadly, I’m learning this in most painful way.
I believe that I can love people enough to fix/help them. I have many times before.
This was my first narc experience and will be my last.

    Amor vincit omnia ❤️

    Yes, it is. Duly noted.

We may fall. We may not land on our feet. We will stand up, brush off and move along. Can you say the same, HG? I hope that one day, your answer will be yes.

  6. Jayla says:

    HG,
My replacement is in Africa on assignment for a year from 12/15 to 12/16. My ex (let’s call her Sue) is living in the new girl’s apartment rent free taking care of the new girl’s pet. They are in “love”. I was in my relationship or 14 years before the mask fell off in December 2015. Sue is 52 now… Will Sue make the new girl pay for her time gone or will she be welcomed back home with open arms? Will new girl be discarded as well and if so will it take another 14 years to happen? Will finding adequate replacement become more difficult for Sue with age?

    1. HG Tudor says:

Hello Jayla, Sue will use the residual benefit of new girl’s apartment and will find a new primary source in the meanwhile if not already. Since Sue had no control over new girl going, but undoubtedly knew it was happening, I suspect she has her new primary source in place. There won’t be a discard of new girl as she has in effect escaped by going to Africa. She will undoubtedly find she is soon isolated because Sue will be busy with the new primary source. When she returns, she may be seduced again or ignored, dependent on the fuel needs of Sue at that time. In terms of Sue finding a replacement, it will depend on what type of narcissist she is and you can see the articles Time and the Narcissist for more about the effects of aging on the narcissist.

  7. Yes, but with each fall I will stand taller…
