Practical question …doesn’t the narc get tired? I mean, physically and /or emotionally tired. It must be exhausting, especially for a mid range. Pretending to be so many things to so many people. Keeping everyone in their compartment, separated, always juggling. Can’t let this person who thinks they are the narcs best friend meet the other who claims they are long time best friends, for example. Putting people on the shelf , pulling other’s off, etc etc. Thank you for your incite and the symbiotic nature of your blog. Excellent.
Yes some of our kind do because of lower energy levels. I do become tired at times, but is usually linked to boredom with me or sheer physical exhaustion.
