Congratulations on your great accomplishment, HG (“His Greatness”)! Your unveiling of the narcissist method and intent is helping a whole lot of people get stronger here. This is a good thing, and you are the reason. Here’s to your celebrity status.

    1. HG Tudor says:

      Thank you Triad.

  2. Adele says:

This is one i had a hard time grasping. Why he would do things to set me off and make me upset. Well…misery loves company. He mostly wanted positive fuel but when he wasnt happy or bothered by something he would do things to get negative fuel from me. He loved to see how upset id get bc it boosted how much he meant to me and therefore power and control. Basically negative fuel and potent. This to a nonnarc is very twisted. I equate it to a child thats ignored and does something bad to get their parents attention even if it means being punished.
Im so glad i understand this now. The worst part are the whys in a narc abuse relationship

Thank you BL. I like Tower of Power.

      1. MLA - Clarece says:

Awww, such a chip off the old block for a malignant narcissist sociopath! Congrats H.G.! Outstanding!

        1. HG Tudor says:

Thank you Clarece, My Day Oner.

          1. MLA - Clarece says:

            Always and forever!

  4. Matilda says:

That reminds me of a quote by Elie Wiesel: “The opposite of love is not hate, it’s indifference”. Struck me like lightning when I first read that. Indifference is the point of no return. Many men foolishly only realise that with hindsight.

Congratulations from me, too: more than 2 million hits – that’s fantastic! 😀

    1. HG Tudor says:

      Thank you Matilda.

  5. NarcAngel says:

Congratulations on the success of the blog HG. You started it for your own reasons but it has resonated with and helped more people than perhaps even you expected ( although it was a given that you expected success). Well done.

    1. HG Tudor says:

      Thank you NA.

  6. DFA says:

To know what I love is easy
To find out what I fear was harder
You made me face this fear alone in the dark
    Now you want me back
Is it for my love or my fear
    Which did you love more?

He whispers in my ear “both, my beloved”

  7. Bloody Elemental says:

Which do you prefer, HG – love or fear?

Personally, I find it easy to make people love me (at first, anyway). I really get off on knowing people are intimidated by me or afraid of me.

I am not very big (I am of average height and small-framed) but I know my very presence makes people uncomfortable, uncertain and “strange” when I want and need it to.

Love and adoration are easy to come by. Fear takes a bit of work and the end results are far more rewarding for me.

    1. HG Tudor says:

      Fear.

  8. noah80 says:

Every Narc have to know the third Newton’s law: “When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body.”
    Love —> Hate
    Fear —> Courage

  9. MLA - Clarece says:

Because, well, it’s a reaction, so it’s all good!

  10. Sarah Hope says:

    Striving for agape!

  11. Starr says:

You speak of emotions and reactions as if it is food . You talk about “delicious fuel “. You can’t taste emotion or get full off of it . I do not understand this hunger . I don’t understand this thirst for power .

It’s like you have a stomach specifically for reactions and emotions and no matter how much you consume or the type of food or flavored you are still starving and empty and never satisfied

Can you recall the first time you ever felt power ? If so can you give details ?

    1. HG Tudor says:

Hello Starr I have written about it in Horns and Halos.

    Strange Relationship – Prince

I guess you know me well, I don’t like winter
But I seem to get a kick out of doing you cold
Oh, what the hell, you always surrender
What’s this strange relationship that we hold on to?

Baby I just can’t stand to see you happy
More than that I hate to see you sad
Honey if you left me I just might do something rash
    What’s this strange relationship?

I came and took your love, I took your body
I took all the self respect you ever had
I took you for a ride and baby I’m sorry
The more you love me sugar, the more it makes me mad

    1. NarcAngel says:

Yup, and assuming hes speaking from experience, he didnt appear to be having nuch fun or be in control being a genius (the drugs), and now hes dead.
