Though exhaustion may be clouding your vision and that ache in your limbs reminds you of the strenuous ministrations that you have attended to, I know that you can push through it and do it more, better, faster and stronger. I believe in you. Those other imposters are mere charlatans. Am I not the one who has given you a perfect love? You need to keep that perfect love and earn it. Accordingly, each day I will pull it away from you. On a Monday it might be the case that I do not kiss you. I will not give you an explanation for this withholding as you must work it out. Once you have you need to work hard to recover my kiss. The next day I will not return the hug you always give me when we first get up. Rather than complaining hold your tongue and consider this all part of your on going education. If you want my perfect love to manifest through those warm, safe hugs that you relish then you must please me so that you may have them again.

The surge of power that I get from this control surpasses anything you might get from our relationship, but are we not both getting something from it, so where’s the harm in pleasing me?

Bobby, I too have been told by many I should write a book …if someone told me “my story” I would think they were lying or insane. To be honest I still can’t believe it at times!!!! Get that book out there before she hires an attorney and negotiates a non-disclosure 😀
I know what you mean, but I also have a new CD coming out about it…:) I know there is never logic associated with N/S, but this is so strange that it could make a great black comedy with jack Black playing me… I have better lawyers…:)

Mr. Tudor, I truly admire your work. You have lifted all the fog that was making my life a living hell. please tell me. My narc used to send me ogre emoji during our conversations. At that time i thought it is just for fun so i never asked why it is being sent. Was my narc guaging how much illusion or spell that has been casted has affected me? Or was it for latter to tell me that i was told that you are getting entangled with an evil but you never stopped it is all your fault. I believe mine was a mid range narcissist as i was never confronted with fury during golden period and in devaluation, i for the first time experienced silent treatment and than with narcissistic rage and finally again with silent treatment which never ended no matter what i threw at my ex narc.

It is so bizarre a screenwriter said to me “this is so out there it would be the worst movie script I’ve ever read..someone HAS to do a movie about this…probably a black comedy…”.. Do you have article about the enabler of the narcissist.
The reason a person don’t stop the bad behaviour its because nothing stop them intact other are praising thats why they keep doing it even more.
Therefore in a Formal relation is GF or BF is a enabler of the narcissism? or just the secondary source such as friends?
The fact narcissist discard when the new supply is ready. if he cannot fine new supply he comes back to seduce again. but if he find new supply his ego is boosted and he becomes evil to hurt the ex emotionally.

HG, I see your response and I understand your stance. Coming from a more 12 step tradition, those that stay and those that leave are different. I’d like to see something written about the qualities of victims(hate that label)/enablers that never leave. You see, some DO (I did, many others here have too or have cut off connects with family that abuse or have traits of NPD or APD). Those are not enablers, or they stopped enabling. So, a piece that distinguishes those that stay and those that leave/escape would be ridiculously awesome 😊 Pretty please.

Perhaps you don’t realise, or you don’t care if you do: every time you do that, a little bit of her love for you dies.
Love that has to be earned is not a love worth keeping alive. She will not try harder. She will withdraw from you and withhold what once was given in abundance. And you are responsible for it.
The saddest and most devastating part of this type of behaviour from my perspective is that I recognise a non-man. let me clarify:
