HG, I’ve been thinking about something and I’m just going to tell you about it here, if you don’t mind. I was thinking about this while reading “The Three Letter Love Trap”. I mentioned that I had just meditated for the first time in my life the other night, but what I didn’t say was how it came about. It made me think, if what I’ve been doing could work for me in this amazing way (after all I’ve experienced), then I wonder what it might be able to do for you to help make your isolation experience less horrifying.

So what I got thinking is that when you go into isolation, you should have the sounds of meditative/relaxation/soothing music at times. I bet you’d find that eventually you’d want it around all the time and it very well could make your time with meeting the creature, less frightening. I would suggest you use the music (at a very low volume) from the beginning, but also when you feel like you need to hear sound. I just know for me, it makes me feel more relaxed having to be myself and I find it actually helps me to think clearer. I just wanted to throw that out there into the web and see if it might be something you’d cling onto. 🙂

    Take care, HG!

Just purchased. I’ve read 7 of your books, have 4 in waiting, and now this book. I think this one sounds like a good one, so it’s getting bumped to the top of the waiting list. HG, I have gone from texting all damn day with the ex-MN, to reading all damn day with the current MN (Master Narc). I’m so happy I’ve moved up the ladder of success (the pedestal) and can see more clearly now. I’m excited to start reading this book and thanks for your teachings, in advance. 🙂

Thank you BH, it is a constructive substitute by reading rather than texting the ex.

Hello HG, it interests me that while you are aware of your personality disorder and its inception from an opening act, many empaths are unaware.
You’ve explained, very well, that the greater Narc is at one end of the continuum with the codependent empath at the other. Yet, the empath talks rather sanctimoniously, at times, like that end is holy. Your end is evil. You hurt others, but empaths hurt self. It’s a personality disorder, not a virtue. Empaths so immersed in their own sycophantic sugar coated goodness they can’t see how they are like Narc. Both deliberately hurt, narcs hurt others, empaths hurt themselves. What’s good about that?
Not sure I made sense there, coffee time! Ive unchecked notifications and I don’t back track so it may have been said but narcissist101 (I think) is copying your work on Instagram, ‘#godsplan’, apparently. 🙂

Interesting observations SBJ. What is the narcissist101 doing precisely?

    2. ava101 says:

      *haha* @narcissist101 …
Yes, you’re right, SBJ, but both ends have also a spiritual component.
