Not counting family members only two my husband (deceased) and a man I was seeing.
Will I say never again, no I won’t anything can happen HG has made the picture clearer to which I understand more of who they are and myself and why I am so drawn to them.
I have never hated them, been angry, been hurt and been betrayed by them yes but empaths have made me angry, hurt me and have betrayed me to and I hold no hate for them.
We are all people with different perspectives, different ways of surviving (I don’t agree with some ways), and different coping mechanisms.
It comes down to the lies we tell ourselves to stay comfortable, those hurt us more then any lie told to us, then the consequences of those lies hurt others.
I have seen a man who is seen as a good and righteous man do some very evil things
I have seen a man who is seen as an evil man do more good then the righteous one.
The first stole my innocence the second helped me back
The third man, well that is still unfolding he is bringing awareness to a completely different level then ever before, which will bring change. That man is HG.

I took it to mean that you will not be the first victim for the narc, nor the last. Hence the wasteland of discarded victims hands, reaching out.

My ex was my first and only narc and I never want another in my life. Something I had never experienced and it turned my life upside down.
Unfortunately there will be many hands like you see. Maybe they will get out before it’s too late. I got out before it was too late.
I guess you could also interpret it as the figure is the normal/empath, and the hands are actually narcs in their path. For narcs and empaths are somehow drawn to each other.

It varies.
Obviously it varies…. 1-10? Just roughly.
If by harem you mean those who he engages with sexually then there will be the primary source, there may be one, two, three or more IPSSs (including Dirty Little Secrets) and then there may be tertiary intimate partners who are one night stands, prostitutes etc.
If by harem you mean intimate and non-intimate female partners the number will be greater and depends on the type of narcissist.
