Hello Twilight!!!
Well I love the beach, ocean, and tropical gardens. But that’s about it for nature. Lol
I won’t even walk barefoot in the grass. Lol
I do enjoy cooking and have branched out in the produce section since I have become a vegetarian. I do love new recipies.
I understand not wanting to own. That brings on a new set of headaches. I have a cookie business out of my home and I am always thinking about how far I want to take it.
Hello SW that awesome you get out, I have this crazy sense of direction in the woods drop me off any where and I will find my way out, yet get lost in a mall and can’t find my way out.
When I lived in Arizona I used to make cheesecakes and different desserts and sell them. I love to cook and try different combinations of food, and recipes. At the time I never thought I would go into the food industry considering I was in the dental field.
SW HG is helping with keeping them away with the knowledge now it’s in your hands to make the choice of keeping your eyes open and listening and trusting yourself.
Yes the imaginations that swirl around here can be very amusing at times, I do understand a lot of it is in humor and this is so helpful in healing, yet some I do have concern for.

There was only one I was ever concerned about and she is away right now (think toe nail clippings) Everyone else is moving at different paces. I agree that It is nice to see the creativity and the progression. Laughter is the best medicine. I would be fueled if I were HG as he created this space. Thankfully he allows such freedom. ABB yes this is what I was speaking of, yet HG gives all of us a place to vent, cry, praise him, shed tears of sadness and joy, and so much laughter, even the ones that are dealing with things many will never understand.
To you HG thank you, with out you so many would still be stumbling looking for the answers, you created a safe haven to ask questions and be able to get direct answers from you and support from others that you could never provide. You are an amazing man and my admiration and respect for you grows more every day.

Thanks for the tip. My everyday tea is green tea and I love the tea they serve you at a Chinese restaurant. I have never tried valerian root but it’s on my list this week.

SW do you like cherry juice? I have yet to try this as to I make my own teas and not buy prepackaged, I don’t believe they are as pure as they say.
Spell Book lol witchcraft as I was accused of. When in fact all I am guilty of is not using processed and wanting a prescription for every ache and pain from the doctor when nature really does provide all the things you need.

I make dandelion tea, bread and have used in salads, chamomile, lavender, pine needle, banana to name a few. Banana tea knocks me out cold.

SW have you ever thought about learning to make some and not buy it from a store? You Amy find an interest in nature you never knew you had and a benefit survival skills if you continue learning different plants that are edible.
Between what I was taught as a child and a time I went real hungry and had no money I learned. I will never go hungry again

U R Soooo Sweet. Beware that valerian root tea smells terrible! When you brew it cover the cup with a saucer. 3 minutes later, down the whole thing. It will be nighty night. They used to use that to knock people out for surgery. It was alot more potent in formulation back then. Don’t use it on your IP to sneak out at night HG! You really can’t give them any ideas!

H.G., mine claimed to feel guilt. He told me he felt guilty being in contact with me when his daughter asked him not to. Is guilt something you feel? If not, what would motivate him to say that?
No I do not feel guilt.

I had to deal with a female narcissist today. She is a superior at work. I did something, she didn`t like. What followed? A ten minutes monologue, full of hidden insults, a lot of contradictions, threats to go to a higher superior, telling, that all the others have the same opinion like her but she does not want to say names… I tried to stay very calm and at last I said I do not understand, why are you so emotional? I looked at her relatively emotionless, although I cooked inside.. She quit. I know there will follow a smear campaign, but I recognised a lot of workmates who gave me secret or open signs of support. There will be a fight. She is so self-secure, that she does not mention, that there are only a few lieutenants left. The lieutenants change side.Treasury? Yes, but for my advantage.

H.G., I have a question. Can one ever “overthink” a move or statement when dealing with one of your kind? And if you’re being accused of “overthinking” is that probably a case of deflection?
It is a frequent response of our victims to overthink. This is because until you understand the narcissistic logic, being a truth-seeking empath you will look for answers over and over again as you try to make sense of something which appears to make no sense, from our perspective.
If you are accused of overthinking it is indeed deflection and falls into the same group as “you are too sensitive”, “you need to move on”, “you dwell on things too much” and so forth.

In the context it was thrown at me yesterday, it was because JN tried a social media Hoover on my new Instagram account and was met with hostility rather than the deliberate uber positive fuel I gave him the last few times he hoovered. So clearly the logic is I over think and drain him with confrontation. He found me in an hour upon activating my account. I was impressed with that speed.
To Snow White, if you read this, my sixth Spidey sense must have kicked in having those dreams with him last week and he reached out Sunday night. 3-1/2 weeks this time no contact. Back to day one today.
