Thank you. I understand now how I may be doing well forgetting but also have been programmed to look over my shoulder every 3 weeks. I will now stop doing that, armed with knowledge=freedom.
I have questions. I have noticed from 3 Narc experiences that there are definite time patterns. 1 always starts and ends relationships the same time by the calendar. It may be months in 1 relationship, years on another but the exact same date for the start ( Valentines Day) and within a month on the ends. The last has a 3 week timeline between ghost appearances. Are you aware of this? Is it deliberate? If yes to those then of course the curious empath in me will ask why? Wouldn’t surprise be more effective?
It will be done to imprint significance in the mind of the victim for the establishment of ever presence.
Why did he sleep with me? He said he loved me, but later stopped saying it. That’s when i ‘left’ him.
