I am sceptical too polgal . Few months ago I have reached a point where as much as I hated it I had to admit that I needed help. I needed an answers. I researched some counselling services in my area and I even made some arrangements but luckily same time I come across Mr.Tudor and his blog.Having a choice between him and someone who would charge me £70 p/h , wouldn’t know half as much about the narcissism and who would probably just pass me some tissues while discreetly looking on their watch ( I know this might not be the case tho ) i have chosen Mr.Tudor. I’m glad i did.
