I used the information in this book of things not to say to a narc. It works! I was saying and doing so many things to feed them with fuel. I have found myself being very careful about whatcand how I say or react to everyone, nor just the narcs in my life.
I’ve started sending my narc abusive tests in the same vein as what he sends me. You know, like really ridiculously accusative and disgusting insults. What is he going to do now?
That’s challenge fuel. He will want more.
Indeed. I was reacting to 50 abusive texts he sent me overnight and he just responded “I will always love you”. Yuck. It just gives me the creeps thinking about how sick and manipulative this is.
This is another excellent book we should read *before* becoming ensnared by a narcissist so we can protect ourselves before it is too late. After reading this book, you will think twice if you want to share your life with someone with a NPD.
The introduction about our modern world becoming a dangerous place because narcissists are on the increase is very enlightening too. I like this book very much.
