Great book HG!
I learned so much reading this book and will take the knowledge with me when I start dating again. It’s amazing how much of our relationship is controlled and manipulated by our narc. Looking back, after reading your book, I can see it so clearly. I realize that their manipulations are very subtle, with UMRN. After awhile it seems they are always suggesting you do this way or do it that way etc.
HG is this done unconsciously or do they know they are manipulating (UMRN and Greater)?

With an UMRN and Greaters some of it remains instinct and more becomes calculation so there is an awareness a lot of the time.
