    Like Salem, the cat.
But seriously, there is a certain predatory characteristic recognizable, which my exnarc had, too, also similar in the audios.

  2. Ali says:

crazy, he probably called me that… I know he could never call me stupid as we both knew I was not. Blind, the “B” word and all other insults he could toss at me, he did… but he knew he couldn’t argue with my logic long. I learned too much from him, sadly. I turned his arguments back on him. Logic and anti-logic do not mix but they sure got him to stop acting like a git because if I no longer made sense he had nothing left to fight back with and if I showed no more hurt / pain from his discourses, accusations, threats and other verbal / emotional abuse, he received no fuel. The insults he threw at me then have no more effects and I’ve begun to forget those as they were never true and so were not worth remembering now that I’m free and got my truth back.

  3. Victoria says:

Another great one is I use logic and the N deflects. When he would call me “stupid” for being logical I was stunned b/c nobody had ever said that to me. I would immediately say “No, you’re the one who is acting stupid for refusing to see the facts” that of course would infuriate him. A quick question HG, do they call us stupid for neg. fuel or do they really see us as stupid for our reality or showing them facts?
    Thanks so much!

  4. Nat says:

Not only you call us crazy. Common phrases I heard:

    “Are you stupid?”
“I know I loose my nerves sometimes, but you live in a totally different reality, it’s unbelievable”
    “Use your cerebellum.”
“Do you hear what you’re saying?!”

    1. Dr. Harleen Quinzel PsyD says:

      Nat,

If it makes you feel any better he used cerebellum lol- that’s the back part of your brain used for coordination….just saying 😜

Guess he wasn’t as smart as he thought lmao!

    2. Dr. Harleen Quinzel PsyD says:

      Nat,

I would say no I don’t hear what your saying all I hear is blah blah blah…

      1. Dr. Harleen Quinzel PsyD says:

        You’re

  5. Lou says:

I love this one. That is exactly how I feel: I use logic and I am the crazy of the family. How about that?

  6. Narc affair says:

Thats bc its convenient to do so. Logic doesnt serve the narcissists purpose.

  7. C★ says:

No matter if we use logic or emotion, you see crazy? I understand, wait, no I do not….

    1. HG Tudor says:

It is YOUR logic which we do not accept because we follow a different one – thus it is seen as crazy.
If you use emotional thinking we still brand you crazy to draw the emotion all the more.

      1. MLA - Clarece says:

Have you ever been confronted by an IPPS and a IPSS together at the same time? (As in they figured you out and joined forces). If so, it would be more difficult to pull the crazy card when you have two pointing out logically the manipulations you’re pulling.

        1. HG Tudor says:

Yes but it is not difficult at all to pull the crazy card at all. You think you are showing the logic but remember, to the Lesser and Mid-Range it is not logical and the Greater will not give ground and revels in getting you all the more worked up. A confrontation by two provides the opportunity to

          1. Gain two streams of fuel;
          2. Turn one against the other and they always do this because ultimately one fears the other giving in, so they given in before that happens. It is just q question of waiting.

          1. MLA - Clarece says:

OMG! So is your reaction when you see two coming at you (rather than ohhhh sh*t, like a normal person) Ohhh YESSSS, happy day?

          2. HG Tudor says:

Indeed, it is all I can do to stop me from licking my lips in anticipation.

      2. C★ says:

what do you think about The Sanctuary Market being hacked?

      3. Love says:

I actually had a visual of you rubbing your hands together with a wicked gleam in your eyes preparing for the fuel fest.

        1. HG Tudor says:

Whilst twirling my moustache and going bwa-ha-ha-ha

          1. Love says:

Lol! What a nefarious character 👺

      4. Learning about your logic has made a huge difference for me.

        And I hope you don’t have a moustache…

        1. HG Tudor says:

You are welcome and no I don’t.

          1. Excellent

  8. Indy says:

Either way, we are labeled crazy….whether we are in emotion mind or logic mind.

I’ve found my wise mind more and more (a blend of logical and emotion minds- the gray-the dialectic). We all have this in us, never forget this. It is a matter of gaining access, through mental discipline found through mindfulness.

    1. Dr. Harleen Quinzel PsyD says:

      Indy….

You had one committed??? Details please.

you are my fucking hero. I need to know what happened!!!!

      Lmao!!!!!
