Brilliant image! Shopping for ‘who shall I be today?’ concept. Excellent analogy 🙂

  2. E. B. says:

This reminds me of Marillion’s “Man of a Thousand Faces”.

We now know that most of the narcissists don’t know their own nature, and telling them what they are will offend them. But do you think that if they read all your blog posts, all your books, and all the shared stories and comments, that they would on some levels find themselves in here?

    1. Sunniva says:

The reason for my question is from reading on the blog of the self known psychopath ‘Psychopatic tells’. (The blog is only half as good as yours of course). In the commentary there are many other psychopaths commenting (scary shit😱) So…when he explains the difference between a psychopat and a narcissist he says something like:
“They wouldn’t know what they are. They are not smart enough. You can think of it like this: when it comes to imprison a person in our net a psychopath will think; love me and I will show you how to do it. A narcissist would think; Please love me, love me, love me, and I will give you hell.
I would never have coffee with a narcissist”.

If you don’t want to publish this comment I understand. But I would really like reading your opinion about this in an article one day👍🏻

    2. HG Tudor says:

A Greater would, but he would not read.
The Lesser and Mid Range would not, Sunniva.

        Mr Tudor🎩👈🏻☺️

      2. Restored Heart says:

HG, why do you say a Greater wouldn’t read your work?

        1. HG Tudor says:

Hello RH, chiefly because they wouldn’t want to give me the acknowledgement through the application of their time. It is like two passing great whites who give a respectful tip of the head and move on.

    Such a sad one.

I told my brother to have fun running at track practice yesterday. Now, he’s given every outward indication that he loves to run. He’s the star of the track team at his school and runs every day it’s not raining.

But when I said have fun at practice he scoffed at me and said he wouldn’t, that running wasn’t “fun.”

If I hadn’t read about fuel (which he must get in spades from the awards and the praise from my parents and the admiration from his teammates and friends), I’d be baffled that he dedicates hours upon hours to be the best at something he doesn’t even enjoy. And I wonder how much else I’ve always thought of as part of his personality isn’t “him” at all.

Why not you? So what if you have a void, lack certain emotions?! You are still loveable!

This ones sad. I wish every narcissist could learn to accept and love themselves. Its like being a fugitive and on the run continually from themselves 🙁
