Oh so true in the beginning we give up too much information. Those long drawn out conversations where were encouraged to share our innermost feelings are being filed away for later use to manipulate and devalue. Our words make up the strands of the narcs insidiuos web.
During the relationship we constantly watch our words for fear of more devaluation and bc we dont trust the narc and how theyll react.
Its amazing to think how simple life would be to be able to be ourselves without any repercussions.

Since I have become mostly narc-free, life is simple, chaos free and there are no repercussions anymore. It is rather nice.

On a funny note, I read this in the paper: Alec Baldwin as Pres. Trump on the season opener of SNL. ‘It’s all part of the plan. The more chaos I cause, the less people can focus. Let’s keep the chaos coming.’
Hi K…i think the media and people in general are more aware of narcissism. In the movie mother it really showed that its out there moreso than years ago.
Alec and the writers of the show are right in distraction and chaos to gain control.

When I have a chance, I will check out the trailer for Mother. And Narcissism, in relation to “The Donald”, has been written about in Rolling Stone Magazine for the past 3 issues, so NPD is out there. I just wish it was part of our every day vocabulary, like opioid abuse. SNL is awesome and Alec makes a great “Donald”!

It means they regard you as an unreliable appliance and you are in devaluation. Beyond that, it depends on your position in the fuel matrix.

So I was his main source intimate partner it took yrs to gain sense of his crazy daily life one minute to the next I was the one he could blame every problem on to his family friends and secondary sources and any crises he was having I was to blame I started making him accountable for blaming anyone or whatever on another he hated it I realized his sex was not real and his intimacy so I started to starve him of every fuel he could! He made me out to be the Abuser! Funny to ask this but I wonder who is the one he is now pitting his shot on and believe he will be back he’s just afraid of the restraining order for now so what is your insight I took more than the average of his chaos! I need to prepare so if he hoovers to somehow not Ingage again I’m weak at his site and he knows this!
Read No Contact and apply what you learn there and keep applying it. Build your logic defences so you keep your emotional thinking under control. As to how he may hoover that depends on how robust your no defence is and what school of narcissist he is.
