I will answer, but you won’t know it’s a lie. The art of the prisoner is something your kind isn’t ready for. Very fun to watch.

This one is spot on for me. My social media accounts were constantly scrutinised and questioned. Where was that picture taken? Who was I with? Why does my gay friend in Barcelona comment on one of my posts with a heart? And yes, why two glasses on the table even though one of them was actually far away on a another table and it was obvious to see! All this of course on postings that were old and from the time before I met him. I ended up examining each picture I posted carefully scared of his jealous interrogations. The constant control of me was unbearable!

On the flipside narcs will plant gaslighting photobombs in a pic to play with your mind.

HG Tudor, why aren’t your articles coming on my facebook anymore…only in my emails??? I prefer them in facebook

Sounds like Facebook needs a Corrective Devaluation to bring it back into line.

    2. FB recently changed their algorithm so that you will see more of your friend’s content and less from other groups. So, as usual, not HG’s fault 🙂

Hello H.D, I’d love to see a blog post on Narcissist and drugs. Perhaps you could name it NARCotics. Lol My ex perfected any prescription medication he could get his hands on..especially pain killers. The odd part is that he was actually very pleasant and humorous when he was high but when he was sober he was boring and flat. Always wondered if that drug gave him some sort of good emotion he couldn’t get on his own??

I will ask HD and see what he can do.

Tha thing with the damn substances is that some of them can help to relieve the inner hell feelings, especially if he has more admixture of deflated self BPD to his (supposed) grandiose NPD – the theories are different but the point is we all share this hounting hell (manifesting at times or all the time) destructive to us and people around, for we were not loved for who we are, and have builded the wall of defenses. In other words, under the substances his true nature can express itself more freely and spontaneously, creatively, because inner deeply hidden guilt, shame, worthlessness, anxiety and depression subside… That’s a pleasure to be yourself… I crave substances too, at least caffeine numbs a bit (I’m BPD), alters the mood…need to control myself all the time; imagine how attractive the substance can be, if it temporarily get the self free of these!.. Fuel for narcies is substance too indeed. To feel free of the demons of feelings.
