No bc its a cycle youre perpetually caught up in. Narcissism is your way of life but it doesnt have to be others. Keep running on your hamster wheel and getting nowhere.
If the narcissist who won’t stop. ever. breaches No Contact, remember to take a breath or two and counter your emotional response with the knowledge that it’s true, they won’t stop – lying, cheating, future faking, using, manipulating, hurting. Ever.
