Greater yes, Lesser and Mid-Range do it through instinct and therefore there is no conscious decision to do it for entertainment’s sake.

What does it mean if you are dating a narc few weeks, he says he loves you, he is kind, seductive he love bombs you, but you can see that he still ads to friends some new hot girls from his city (but hw doesn’t know them), he likes their selfies and he posts them comments like “you look beautiful!” “PERFECT” “Amazing!”
Is he doing it on purpose so you could see this and be jaelous, is he fishing for mew victims or is it just friendly and it has nothing to do with his narcissism?
For me it is odd, esp in the love bomb phase.
When being love-bombed you are not yet the IPPS and therefore we may well interact with other “prospects” this is what is happening here. You are either a NISS or more likely IPSS (possibly a Candidate IPSS) but you have not yet been crowned IPPS and therefore there are others in the race. This may also be done as small tests to ascertain your loyalty and the extent of his control over you.

And even if you are the IPPS his fidelity ends with the golden period so typically after a few months of being “a good (normal) boyfriend” he comes back to “hunting mode” despite the formal relationship hasn’t been ended yet? Oh narcs, you are so freaky, a girl thinks she is with the narc a regular couple (and this is what others see them as) but for him you are just a secondary source and you can’t require him to be faithful.
