HG, you mention in your book that you were slightly disappointed in your sister’s friends for not preventing your access to her when they were protecting her from her husband. Why was that? That seems to show actually caring about a person, not just an appliance. Yet narcissists are supposed to be incapable of that(?)

Good Day HG. Did not know where to ask this so I just picked here.
How is it that every time I start pulling away, really get it in my mind that I am going to start doing what I have to do to end this, I get hoovered? Hoe do you know when we are pulling away? I had not seen or heard from him in about 2 weeks and was thinking about backing out. Next thing I know I am grabbed from the back, hugged, kissed and told to have a good one. Well of course that was just enough to push me over the edge again.
How does the narc know these? Is it the binds between us?
I am a SIPSS painted white. He is a MMR.
