most narcs make fake promises. what about the narc who never promises but simply and vaguley implies things to make my head spin. . what kind of narc is that?

Said to bind, to appear as loyal, honest and decent but of course when uttered by the narcissist, easily reneged on.

I have to say sometimes I really do not like reading your answers and playing catch up today probably wasn’t in my best interest after a discussion this morning reminded me of what he put me through when I explained my perspective to him.
I am glad thou you keep things in perspective here, regardless of how I am feeling at the moment.
I never believe any of these. I do not understand people who do. They are simply nice words to hear to me. I don’t even believe my husband when he says I’ll always love you, and he has been with me 14 years lol! I think not being able to trust, is a protection.
