The book that made me shudder and literally coil up with anxiety….as I came to the realisation just how many traits I have in all the sections mentioned. The information I wished I had and knew of many years earlier. The book that says (and I quote) ……
“the elite narcissist will relish the chance to bring a BPD target under his wind and exert his control.
