I’ve just read fuel. It gives me fury. Your construct is that you’ve become a clone to your abuser. I suspect the creature’s your conscience. You just don’t get it, I’ve spent my life suppressing my gifts because narcissists are always blowing out my candle. And you’re wrong that we would be caught up with the power you feel because we have it too and we don’t care about it. What I’ve always wanted to say to my narc is that he has to work for the admiration he gets, by opening his mouth and charming them – but all I have to do is walk into the room, and opening my mouth to say something just makes it even better, lol, but hell, it’s true. And I don’t care about it, I don’t want it, I push it away. I enjoy people, I’ll initiate chats, but I don’t need it. I don’t have any desire to control anyone, there’s nothing I need for them to do. You just don’t realize how sick you are. I’ve wasted so much time and my life because of stupid moronic narcissists. So go effing face your stupid creature, go ahead face oblivion, you’ll survive. When you get ahold of your brain, you’ll realize You Are your facade!! All of my talent that has flowed through me since I was a kid, like it wasn’t even from me, it came so easily, like from heaven or something. You narc do nothing but screw up my life, steal my soul if you could, but it’s not possible. What I don’t get, is why am I supposed to care if my narc’s are narc’s or they need control or any of it?? You’re an addict, you do bad things. Please go unlock that creature, it’s probably something from heaven.

Me too, ladies. I finally got to read this (my first ever read ebook, figured this would be the best place to start. Anyone have the list HG has recommended in order to read?) MUST READ book on Kindle Unlimited (actually only reason I purchased KU, now I want the actual book, as well)and as much as I learn from HG’s YT channel & narcsite, this book was so good I kept having to walk away from it a few times, my anxiety was peaking throughout the book, especially before I could make myself read the last chapter.
HG, many try, but no one can explain narcissism quite like you. Plus, my chair/bed is so much more comfortable than any therapists, so thank you for being so direct & honest in your responses. I also appreciate your candidness in all your literature, I am looking forward to binge reading all your books.

I’ve a question regarding fuel.
When you seduce a person and then you realize later on they are your kind, does it change how the fuel from that person ‘feels’ to you? Or do you ‘know’ from the start if a person is an empath or a narcissist by the way the fuel ‘flows’. Are there variations in how the fuel feels from certain people that indicate to you what or who this person is.
Or does the fuel always feel the same translating into the feeling of power regardless who it comes from.
I know it’s the strongest from the IPPS. I’m interested more in multiple IPSSes who vary in their empathic vs narcissistic make up.

Fuel is linked to potency (place in the hierarchy), amount provided (written, message, phone call, in person) and frequency (one off hit or repeated hits for several hours) – a narcissist and an empath will both provide fuel but one is easier to control than the other and of course one is seeking to manipulate and gain fuel for itself meaning less may be given alongside the issues of control and volatility.
IMO, this is the book that everyone who is dealing with a narcissist or studying narcissism should have read. There are no other books or resources that explain this subject so thoroughly.
Although the concept of Fuel seem to be known to everyone who is acquainted with narcissism, there are still many people who ask ‘Why does the narcissist do such and such?’ when it is clear that the narcissist is looking for fuel.
I personally find ‘Fuel’ more accurate than Narcissistic Supply.
