My angels will remind you through my text messages and love notes of how special you are. You have a place reserved in my heaven. I chose it for you.
If you feel that your journey through life has taken a wrong turn, let me guide you. If the road ahead seems dark and stony, do not be troubled. Climb onto my back and let me carry you. I am your angel and my wingspan is wide enough to protect both of us from the darkness that lurks in the world. Open your heart to me. Give it freely and it will prosper under my stewardship. This reminds me of a sermon years ago at a church i was attending. It was about idolization and putting your faith in things or people. Basically they are flimsy. People are with fault. The pastor included spouses in that and it surprised me. God is the only place your complete faith and trust should be. Sorry if this sounds religious i know not everyone is a believer and i respect that.
Ive found this teaching to be true. Im trying to put my faith solely in god but with addictions and being codependant its difficult but not impossible. I see my life going in a new direction and am grateful. Thats due imo to god. I asked and ive recieved 🙂
Narcissists want to be our god by hooking us into a dynamic where we idolize them and depend solely on them for happiness and validation. Its a sick dynamic and a human one.
I still find myself idolizing certain people or things and have to catch myself and bring myself back to my only god and who i need to focus on.
Dont allow anyone to be your saviour or personal jesus. Rely on yourself and your belief system to be your guide in life.

Hi mommypino…i was thinking this very thing that god led me in this direction to gain knowledge from HG’s journey in life. I dont like or believe npd is the way to be but i am very grateful for what HG has shared and for the parts of his personality weve come to enjoy!
I read old comments on the previous Jesus posts and it was mentioned that this could also be the empath speaking this…..I disagree completely as we know we are no messiah! Sure we want to help others but there is no grandiosity on our part to be their savior.

It would be foolish to deny this fact, because for the victim this is how he experiences it. I would even say that this is how she lives it and sees it when she is really hooked. I accept it, for me it was not simply Jesus, it was: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The divine trinity in One. hahahahaha.

Not disputing the healing powers of an empath, just recognising that ultimately, it’s up to the individual to emotionally face whatever it is that needs healing.
An empaths presence alone can be enough for another person to feel better, let alone any actions the empath may take to help the other in their feeling better. I don’t dispute that because I have seen empaths in action, including myself. Holding the emotional space for someone is part of the healing powers of an empath, IMHO

I love the way you said that,

That’s the key to why we can not heal or “fix” other people and also why it is so difficult to heal ourselves. No one can heal until they face up to and admit what their problem is and own their part in it. Too often instead we emotionally run away and try to hide from our problems and refuse to face and acknowledge them for what they really are.
