My MR when asking him about his ex is spot on. Didn’t really want to talk about her and tried to change the subject. Then he made chase for another room to make a drink. When he got back, I carried on asking him things and that’s when the fury ignited. An argument followed by the cold shoulder.

About ‘mirroring’ our likes – mine never did this and I’m not sure if it’s to do with what I was to the Narcissist?
I could have been an inferior (in his eyes) DLS and he preferred to show off about HIS likes and interests being much more ‘cooler’ than mine. Making suggestions to what he thought I should ‘give a go’ and relentlessly talking about how he loves this that and the other and how they ‘made him who he is today’.

I wonder if a Greater has ever drove his lady home after a night of fine dining and champagne and then returned home himself to crack open a can of Skol behind closed doors – while his drunken façade sleeps.

    1. HG Tudor says:

Greaters do not drink skol, it is the beer of the prole.

I think I was like your annoying Drs. I asked 3, 4, 5 and was discarded in no time

      2. Sarah Jane says:

Mr Tudor, not all of us are born with a silver spoon in our mouths. Would those kind of people be laughed about in the presence of your lieutenants?

        1. HG Tudor says:

          Which kind of people SJ?

          1. Sarah Jane says:

People of a lower social rank. The working class ‘Labour’ voters. People who ‘dole scrounge’. People who do skilled/unskilled manual work for a wage.

            ?

HG, what are the demographics of your readers? Are most of your readers European, American, or from somewhere else? It’s hard to tell.

        1. HG Tudor says:

          Very roughly

          55% North America
          30% Europe
          10% Oceania
          5% Elsewhere

          1. Anm says:

            Sounds about right

Oh I have seen that smile with the flicker in his eyes, he looks friendly and serious at the same time. It’s like that smile’s buying him time while he decides whether he’s going to blow up or not blow up. It comes when someone’s done something I know he’s not going to like, and I’ll look over at him and see it. That smile would make you feel warm, but I know when I see it with those serious eyes that it’s an, uh-oh, watch out. It could become an unrelenting rant, or quite often lately he just cools down. But for a moment there’s a four alarm fire breaking out in him, subtly, that no one really notices.

    Hello, H.G.Tudor.
This post as well as others would be a basic one. That we should all take as the 5 commandments. But there are many more in your book red flags and black flags… That anyone should read these books and have them engraved on fire in their mind, but if you are a magnet for this kind of people.
Curiously, I already know why in my case I couldn’t see these signs so easily and they will go unnoticed.
The cause is that living all my life surrounded by these is impossible to see them, since my mother is a narc. The continued abuse made it so familiar that for me it was something that went totally unnoticed.

HG, Have you considered creating a more formal online Tudor University that would offer (paid) courses in narc detection and identification of school and cadre? You could do the same for empath school and cadre. These classes would not offer the in-depth, personal detail and insight like your consults do, thereby not cannibalizing that revenue stream.

You have all the information. It would just need to be input into a WordPress plugin. LearnPress plugin makes the process simple or CoursePress plugin is another easy one that also offers the creation of a discussion board for the class. There are many more powerful plugins available as well. Just a thought.

    1. HG Tudor says:

Thank you for the suggestion. I shall look into this. I see some validity with regard to this for some people but not all. Many people lack the objectivity and reduced ET to do so accurately and need my expert input, but others would be able to address it, so it is something for me to consider further.

      1. Narc noob says:

Seeing as you are an Army of One you might need to do something like this soon? The blog is growing with hits and the many questions and consults must take up plenty of your time! Perhaps you are moving into this more and your direction is towards KLN however recruiting some help might be needed in the future.

        1. HG Tudor says:

I suspect it is inevitable that assistance will be required.

          1. Narc noob says:

How will you cope with that? I mean I suspect it isn’t an easy task, because of who you are and the content.

          2. HG Tudor says:

            We shall have to see.

      2. Student says:

“Many people lack the objectivity…(have ET/reduced logic)…and need my expert input.”

I definitely agree with you on that point. Perhaps it could be marketed as a precursor evaluation that either leads to satisfaction, or facilitates understanding in advance of private consultation. In the latter case, those taking the eval course could receive a discount to a further private consult if you feel their course participation input offers enough useful data to facilitate the private consult. If not, your pricing is already very reasonable as is.

I have some thoughts on this I can email since it is off topic.

        1. HG Tudor says:

Please do email me, I appreciate your input.
