This is great to listen to, HG, and very good timing for me. I was realizing that I am starting to normalize narc and am tempted to contact him. Maybe I am not spending enough time here. Or maybe because our one year NC anniversary is coming up. Maybe because of a hoover or the weather or any number of things. I don’t know why. But I’ve taken to telling myself that he hates me because if I know he hates me, I won’t contact him. ‘Oh that guy? He hates me after what I did.’ Question: if narcs cannot really love, can they really hate?
