  1. You should coin this “mid-ranger games”—-these people are a pain in the ass. Period. A lesser blows up and shouts out a few bad words and you can fire him on the spot. Escort him out to his ‘82 model Chevette with a 12 pack of Natural Light in his sturdy cooler (that awaits him for the end of his shift—their impulses control cannot wait for a gas station run) and let him drive off with the smoke scattering about in the air. The greats don’t destroy in the same way as the insidious behaviors of the mid-ranger. Administrative work sucked so often because of their shenanigans and trying to protect the normal employees who just want to get paid and have a pleasant day at work. I did listen to the entire package and it holds good information indeed. Yes, I did denigrate the lessers and I know it’s not nice but I don’t care..
