Thanks HG. By way of example. Would someone.like Myra hindley (if she hadn’t been the IPPS) therefore where mean I said that she recruited for Brady etc would that have made her a leuitenant?
AND presumably as rare. Most Ns won’t have any?
It was made to appear that she recruited on his behalf, she did so willingly and sought to blame shift for her involvement by making it appear that Brady was the coercive one.

It’s very hard to get your head around. I do get she is a mid and what you say makes perfect sense.
I think the one I struggle to get my head around the most is Rose West. I believe you said some time ago that she was not an N? Given how she is at least portrayed in the media I struggle to see how she is not? I believe you, I just find it hard to understand.

Ah thank you HG. Only just sen this. So basically a Lieutenant is an IPSS but they will go further and do dirty deeds (beyond the typical residual benefits) for the N too where as not all IPSSs would?
In essence that is correct. Lieutenants are rare creatures though, The Coterie is what most people come up against.

Lieutenants are rare and can be drawn from all classes of individual. It is the Coterie which is more prevalent AS2016.
