Dearest HG: Sure! With music in the background as you discuss many of the benefits of exercise to take away the dullness and such as an alternative to taking drugs to restore a balance of logical thinking and emotional wellness. Telling us that normal men and women are out there and interesting and fun. How fitness will aid our self esteem and help us to be more confident, strengthen us to travel more and to do more social activities, etc. How our legs supports us and our arms stabilizes us, etc. Interesting. It has to be 45 minutes or more. The first 30 minutes is for cardio and after which is the burn. All with good heart pumpin beats. I am in! HG Tudor during our workouts! Yay!!

As long as it’s not like my work outs at orange theory (I want to die after it). I believe the instructors there are sadistic narcs. 😉 They enjoy telling you are done with a sprint “give it all you’ve got!!!!! Go! Go! Go!”only to tell you to keep going.

Dearest HG: I signed up on Spotify. My username is PrincessSuperEmpath (OBNOG). When I typed HG Tudor, 4 songs on a playlist from Hg by HG Tudor came up, so I hit, follow, for the playlist : The first song on the playlist is Heartbroken. However when I type: Knowing the Narcissist, Knowing the Narcissist HG Tudor, in the search area, I receive the message: No search result (for my search entry). Is this correct?
That playlist is nothing to do with me. Someone else created it. I’ve typed in Knowing the narcissist hg Tudor and my page came up straight away.

Dearest HG: Yay!! I have Spotify on the IPhone, as Whitney suggested. It seems the entire process has to `percolate` and THEN the app works, AFTER I used your link above to add the Spotify Application. Who knows. Thank you for that beautiful link! I also saved that link on my bookmark on my Laptop. I still want Spotify on my laptop as well if I can figure it out. Spotify told me that I will need a new computer in a few months. Sigh. You only need a new browser (not a new computer). Do not use IE. You can download and install Opera or Firefox – or both. Spotify has a Web Player.
1-Log into Spotify.
2-Open a new Tab and copy this link:

3-Go to ‘Search’ and type Knowing the Narcissist.
Choose HG’s podcast and then click “Follow”.
HG’s podcast will be added to Your Library > Podcasts.
Next time go to Spotify repeat 1 and 2. Then choose “Your library”.

E.B. I tried everything you said, this morning. Thank you. I can not download any new browsers. My laptop is a Macbook 2007-2008. It is no longer supported by any browser platform. It is too outdated for them. It works very well though. I do have a mini Mac computer that someone gave me. I have to buy my own monitor and and keyboard for this mini Mac. I may be forced to look into making it operational before the laptop I am on stops working altogether, I guess. So far I Haven’t had any problems with my laptop, but Spotify is more state of the art it seems, and will not give me the platform that HG is on, but only the Spotify Free, and HG is not there. I was able to obtain the correct Spotify on my Iphone, yesterday. However, I can only receive some sort of weak compensatory Free Spotify on my laptop. I would not even know it was the bad Spotify, on my laptop, if I were not looking for Knowing the Narcissist, and could not find it. However, Spotify does tell me they have moved beyond my browser at the top of the laptop page and that I need to download chrome or opera or firefox, just like you are telling me EB. I tried and all of them can not support a computer with my date of creation. That link you provided also takes my laptop back into the bad Spotify and HG is not there. So, here I am. Needing a new computer altogether for certain websites, going forward. But, I do have HG on the substantial Spotify on my Iphone since yesterday. So there is that. Thank you E.B.

I believe you. It is not always possible to find a browser supporting certain ‘ancient’ OS.
This year I have already thrown away four desktops and there are at least two more which I will not able to use anymore. There is also a smartphone and a tablet bought in 2013 with two different OSs which cannot be upgraded or updated anymore. A lot of electronic waste.

Dearest HG: Thank you for the link: It is beautiful and clear, the link. However, I have to figure out what to do next. Because, next I click on the the link here that you provide, on my IPhone, as I got nowhere on my laptop unless I need to pay, but I am not sure, unless someone tells me that do not pay. I am not sure it is a payment upgrade or a computer issue. So I am trying the Iphone as Whitney suggested,and now I’m in a never ending loop of being sent to the app store for Spotify, and then I click on the Spotify App, and all seems well and I go back to your link and they keep sending me back to the App Store to obtain Spotify, over and over. I do not plan to give up. I hope you will have your works on more than one platform, though, in the fullness of time. Not just for myself, but for others that for some reason can not easily grip up on certain platforms with their laptop of phone, while other platforms may work for them. I do like the link you provided to me on Spotify, because it is beautiful and looks easy to use, I just can not use it at this point on either my laptop or my iphone. If anyone else has an idea about what is going wrong for me, pray tell. Your work on Spotify looks great though, HG. Sigh….. I just cant access it as I have explained above.

For your information. HG’s material is free right now. He can merchandise through Spotify and offer services.
SPOTIFY is £9.99 a month and worth every penny. Can listen offline and avoid adverts.
HG is on the most influencing platforms don’t worry. I have a feeling this master knows what he’s doing.
If you’re still having problems.. I shall try to help… try my suggestion first.

E.B. You know what surprised me? One day I needed Apple Music to make a playlist of some songs for a one time project, and I went to the Huge Apple Promotional and Sales location near Central Park, NYC, the famous structure that is glass on the outside, and you have to walk down the stairs to enter, to purchase Itunes for one month, and the employee that assisted me told me he had the same Laptop I did. I was thunderstruck. In fact, I thought he would chastise me once he saw my 2007-2008 Macbook laptop. He said it was an excellent year technology wise, and he would not change it until it started failing and he could no longer find a browser that would support it. I would have guessed he would have purchased the latest model. I find it all so odd. The same way that many plastic surgeons never have plastic surgery performed on themselves and the same way that many lasik eye doctors that perform lasik, wear glasses and will not have lasik performed on themselves. Yet, the ordinary citizen is pushed to buy and buy and buy and upgrade and uplevel all the time, to remain `current`? Unbelievable.

Apps have been developed for different platforms. They are not exactly the same. Does your App include Podcasts?
I have an old device with Windows Phone 8.1 and the Spotify App does not include podcasts. So if I search Knowing the Narcissist, it doesn’t find it because it looks for songs only.

Yes it does. It is located at the top of the page after you click on My Library at the bottom of the page. I had to tell them my 3 music preferences before it allowed me to find HG.

Thank you. Old apps like the one for win phone 8.1 do not include any podcasts. It is old and not supported anymore. I do not use it anyway.
I can find everything using the Web Player on a desktop. It is fast and better than YT.

Also, what device are you using, such as what brand of computer of phone? I really want to know, if possible thanks. I am finding that I am interested in learning first hand about compatibility and programming differences in the tech world, as a computer lay person, that is rarely discussed by the media and the marketers of these devices. Hi Whitney. I downloaded an app from Spotify on my Apple Laptop. Macbook. All I found on HG was a playlist that someone other than HG created. The page/app I am on is called, Spotify free. Do I have to pay Spotify a monthly fee as an upgrade premium to hear HG Tudor, Knowing the Narcissist?
Whitney: Thank you so much! I downloaded the app to my phone and then went to Narcsite on y phone to this very page and used the link that HG provided on this age and then downloaded Spotify. However, I was caught in a loop. I took a quick shower, and when I tried again, all was working. I guess the app had to `percolate` a bit on the Iphone. I thought theses were modern times? Nevertheless, it is working now. At least I have Knowing the Narcissist HG Tudor on Spotify on my phone. Thank you, Whitney.

You don’t have to pay, you can listen to everything on Spotify for free. There are just advertisements unless you pay.
You should search for Big Little Lies soundtrack, I love that! HG soothes me during hard times. That show and music are soothing.
Please ask if you wanna use any new technology. I will try to tell you how. I’ve taught a few people who couldn’t even use computers haha. Now they are Facebook addicts 😱
Whitey: Thank you so much Whitney. Have you ever dealt with a mini Mac computer? Have you seen one before? Someone gave me one. However, I have to buy the monitor and keyboard myself. I have great distrust of salespeople, but I have to fight through it and see what Monitor and Keyboard they suggest for me to buy. I shall have to use it soon because my current Macbook has no more browser upgrades. I believe that is why on Spotify on my Macbook, I have something like a compensation Spotify Free page, because my browser will not carry the substantial Spotify page that Knowing the Narcissist is on, but my Iphone like you suggested carries the full Spotify including Knowing the Narcissist.

It sounds like you’re going well. You’re better than me with how you’re figuring this out.
You can get a cheap keyboard and mouse! But can your Mini Mac computer get the web browser that supports Spotify? If the mini Mac is old, maybe you will have the same problem as your Macbook? Maybe you can Google Search to see if your mini Mac computer can get the web browser?
Maybe in future you can buy another laptop. Laptops are nice. You can take them to cafes and work on your business 😊🌸
Whitney. You are right. The mini Mac is definitely more current than my Macbook. Plan: I will take the mini Mac to a dealer, maybe soon, and have them show me a monitor and a keyboard, and then test it all for Spotify with Knowing the Narcissist as a test, before I purchase anything from them. So, that will be my methodology to test the keyboard and Monitor and the mini Mac. And I do not have to explain this to the Salespeople. It better all be able to access HG on Spotify including Knowing the Narcissist, for me to proceed at that point with a purchase. Thank you.

It was amusing to read about your app ‘percolating’ while you were taking a shower Ha ha 🙂
E.B. It is all so unbelievable. It actually had to percolate. At least they could say, this process will take 5 minutes or whatever. I was stuck in a loop. I would go to HG`s link and click and go to Spotify. I would download Spotify. All looked well, and then I would go back to HG`s link and would be sent to Spotify, and they would ask me to download Spotify. Again and again. I said, What??????? I had to walk away. I took a shower, and was ready to go through it all again,because I refuse to be without `my` HG Tudor, but when I tried again, it was finally working. It had to percolate somewhere within itself, within the process, within some time frame, however, with no mention of this, to me.
