HG, what do you think about Caroline Flack, I’ve actually read previously that she had been accused of physically attacking other boyfriends , don’t know if that’s true. So sad but I’m just wondering if she does have a history of this , what’s been going on.
She is dead.

For me having a copy of this masterpiece is a must! One can not prevent meeting other narcissists on a daily basis due to various social interactions but thanks to HG one can learn how to prevent being ensnared again and how to mute the ET.

H.G. May I respectfully petition you to post more guidance on how to go about life when no contact is NOT an option…..or at least not at this time. (For instance, choosing to remain in the formal relationship to stay present with the children)…
Realizing no contact is always the best option, there are those of us who have circumstances that preclude that as the best option due to other higher priorities or obligations that prevent no contact. Or specifically, not just no contact but in my situation, prevent divorce as an option due to multiple other factors.
Hello Brian, if you require assistance with a scenario which is not no contact, you need to consult with me to receive specific input because, amongst other matters, emotional thinking will be holding you back and this has to be addressed in direct discussion, rather than posting articles.
I respect your work and highly recommend it. I can honestly say that I was one who didn’t begin to truly heal until I happened upon your information years ago. I now speak about your work often when speaking on narcissism and send people to your site. . If I found your information 5 years ago, HG, I would have dismissed it. I’m sure I’ve said that before here. I’m sure you do not take that statement personally.
It took a major discard for me to really question what was going on, and to be finally open to taking in and processing your knowledge. I’m thankful your work was still here when I was finally ready for it.

Because my brother is ensnared and lives with a female MMRN. He is still under her spell. But slowly feels something is very wrong.
My mother and i are currently in no contact with her.
We meet him only without her. She is not welcome anymore.
Does this help with how to deal with my brother? As i feel i cannot trust him with any info etc. when i speak with him.
She know’s everything he does, thinks and feels.
I think he speaks with her, about my mother and i, after he has visit us.
Then we are again in her sphere of influence, and she is then maybe wounded. And could punish him or us for it.
She is now the only narcissist in my life, but be it indirectly.
This situation is very difficult to handle for me.
