    Everyone should buy this. I was stuck at this stage for over 6 months – I had completed GOSO but the N was still in my thoughts constantly. This package helps to explain why it is happening and gives you a technique for stopping it. After 3 days of listening to this daily and following the technique I was perhaps thinking of the N (or N’s in my case) much less often then eventually the revolving thoughts went away. It also helps that when you do occasionally think of the N/s because there is a trigger you can do so indifferently, the emotional impact has gone. This is totally a must-have.     I’ll listen to this again soon now that I’ve made more progress HG.
    You know my friend is endlessly patient with me, like you HG. She combats my Delusional and Emotional Thinking almost everyday. I have even accused her and others of being racist, because the Somatic is a quarter Asian. She logically explains how they are basing their judgement on other things and my addiction blames racism.
