Just listened to The Ultra Framework on YouTube. Brilliant. Can we get this in written format too please? We can then refer new arrivals to this information. I think it will really help people to get more out of your articles from the get go, it’s a great summary.

HG, I really like your new channel. You give the most honest truth about Narcissism. It is so misinterpreted and people have misunderstood it for so many years even Psychiatrist’s. You are correct when you say they only give examples in the DSM but they dont explain the behaviour. It is s self defense mechanism.

Speaking of Mid-rangers, HG, words of yours, during an audio consult I had with you (over a year and a half ago) are just striking home for me now.
I was stressed about a lot of things at that time (my ex’s court appeal, needing to relocate etc.) and I know now that my ET was way to high to register a lot of things.
I actually can no longer recall the precise words you said but, in response to one of my concerns you – in effect said: no narcissist = no emotional hurt.
I couldn’t see what was before my eyes then, because of the magic of the facade, but now I realize my stress was heightened by the fact that I had a mid-range narcissist in my midst (I am 99.9% sure if I put her through the NDC, she would be a Upper Mid-range narcissist, at least in comparison to my mother, who is MMRN).
Anyway, with hindsight, the level of my stress, at that time, makes total sense now. And so do your words. I bet you knew or could have guessed, because of the level of my ET that I may not have been recognizing a narc close to me. (I have been observing this person’s behaviours very objectively now throughout the pandemic and I am thoroughly convinced that she is an N.)
Thank-you always for your teachings, insight and logic. After I came out of my entanglement, found your work and began to really *see*, I had no idea that the clarity I had could get even clearer – with time, the avoidance of narcs and your brilliant work. And things just keep getting more clear.

I see Kim Jong Un has not shown you any love so far 😛 He think he’s the Ultra! (Except apparently he was in tears apologizing to his people recently, so I can see that not doing his God-like status any favours). Have you added him to your list of narcissists yet, HG, and what school and cadre is he? Poor boy had no choice. It was a given he was going to be a ‘god’. Therefore it’s a given he has to be a narcissist.

Sorry for the wording, it’s still valuable, of course, just wondering if the information there will be on the new site as well, as a new subscriber.
It will still be of value, but some of the material from it will be updated, expanded and migrate across to The Ultra.
I subscribed on Friday but I didn’t get a notification when a new video was added. Am I supposed to get a notification or should I just check YouTube daily? Can anyone tell me what the heck im doing wrong?

Have you gone into your settings to allow notifications?
What a pain in the neck it was to turn on notifications. I double checked to make sure I was allowing notifications and I was so I decided to Google why it wasn’t working. When you subscribe to a channel theres a bell thats next to the subscribe button. I clicked on the bell and my notifications were off so I had to switch it to all notifications. Oy vey! Hopefully I’m good now.
