No, it is only an indicator, not determinative.
Unless it is a picture of me and then the answer is yes and yes I am handsome too.
Can you tell if a person is an empath from a picture?
If the picture shows they are being consumed by a narcissist with a look of bewilderment on their face, then yes.
It would be an indicator rather than determinative.
