I see them everywhere , I have had so many in my life its unbelievable. HG how can I stop this from happening?

  2. JB says:

This is incredible, HG. How do you know all of this? Am guessing you have been told many times in consultations?

    1. HG Tudor says:

      I am the Ultra.

Yes, it is a combination of what I hear victims talk about (in private and in consultation) and applying my understanding of narcissists and empaths to those experiences to decode them for you.

  3. Asp Emp says:

I don’t “see them everywhere” – I am more aware. Interesting re: Empath007 saying about tv characters. Me too, watching tv & the news – watching how people behave – knowledge about narcissism has, somehow, made tv viewing more interesting & somewhat entertaining……

  4. Empath007 says:

I mostly see them in television characters now. Since so many parts were written by narcissits for narcissist. In my real life I’ve been a lot more distant of people in general, but have only discovered one other person at my company who I believe is a narc. Making the total 5 narcs out of 100s if people I’ve worked with. Only 2 of them tried to make my life a living hell lol.

    1. JB says:

Empath007 you’re lucky, I see more and more around me in my personal life. Starting to think I know more people who are narcissists (or at the very least narcissistic) than I do empaths!

      1. Empath007 says:

I’ve distanced myself from people quite a bit, I am sure more would reveal themselves should I choose to get to know them or should I be selected for their matrix lol. I can spot it easier now and have a much easier time ignoring people then I used too… it takes a lot of mental practice though because I am a very reactive person… for example, a narc I know has a family member who’s suddenly contacting me… this family member and I were at one time friends, and I actually like them, but after making some boring small talk I decided to just block them from my phone. Because I realize now I don’t owe this person anything and they are likely only in contact with me because the narc is desperate for info… not because they want to catch up. Or I ran into an old highschool friend who was acting super chummy … only to find out they wanted to sell me things lol so I blocked her immediately as well and did not even reply to her request. It sounds so simple for most… but these are things I would have not done in the past. I would have felt too rude and obligated and sucked into their game. It’s pretty awesome I don’t feel that way anymore… and I found out… the world still spins round even if I say no. Or even better, choose to say nothing at all.

    2. GRANT L MANHART says:

That is because everyone has been abused by them, and media knows they can arouse your injuries and thus your emotions and thus suck you in, by portraying the pain you have gone through…it is actually stupidly simple when you think about it. We instinctively go “THAT IS MY PAIN!! When we see it, and the injustice cycle is revved, and you have to then watch!
