So many Somatics everywhere they’re so obvious to pick out. At the gym, on facebook, on utube, at the workplace. I think out of all narcissists they come off so transparent. There are those that are intelligent as well and these somatics are a bit easier to be around. The worst types are somatic men at the gym i find them repulsing. They come off absorbed with their physical features opposed to their inner health and the whole body. They flex their muscles and treat the gym like a night club checking the women out. Then there’s the women admiring how perfect they look and toned. The gym is a whole narc environment of its own lol

Thanks for asking, BC30! You can call me whatever name you prefer but HG calls me SP and I’m very proud of those initials. I’ve been interacting a little more lately as I am in my summer break; even though I need to do other stuff, I have more time to check the blog now. And I’ll be attending the Q&A session on the 27th!
Hard to maul the Elites, they are on an extreme broad spectrum and very diverse. Never thought I would ever meet an asexual Elite ever. But I did. 😂
Not to mention HG would be essentially mauling himself.

I operate on evidence, not assumption or speculation. Evidence. I encourage all those I assist to do so because it provides you with the best results for many different reasons, too numerous to articulate here.
Occasionally, there are those who assert that the blog is a place of hostility, that it is conflict-ridden when actually it is not. Invariably, such a baseless assertion is made for that individual´s own purposes because they are trying to deflect and create a a false impression. To provide the accurate picture, starting from yesterday, I take the number of comments which are argumentative, insulting, labelling and hostile and then divide them by the number of moderated comments overall to show the minuscule amount of “problematic” comments compared to the ones which are not “problematic”. This gives a representative picture. I add the index in on comments where I reply and it does not mean that the comment I am replying to has created “aggro”.
I could generate a “Helpfulness Index” to show the percentage of comments which are supportive to others but that might make me feel queasy so I will pass.
(The Aggro Index stands at 1.92% – downward trajectory, anybody hazard a guess as to why?)

It´s FUEL! Some narcissists use sex for fuel. They wanna hear your praises, they use sex to feel good about themselves. Or they use it to devalue you.
Some narcs overcome their horror of intimacy for the fuel. Others do not. Those are the withholders.

But didn´t he went out cheating instead? Somatics may also withhold but then they just cheat. The real withholders are the Cerebrals and the dominantly cerebral Elites. They withhold from everybody and use sex only if it is REALLY necessary.
Yes, he was a cheating bastard. This was once and forever cemented into my mind recently, hence the name calling. So withholding from me but not himself. My dad was an elite, I think more heavily on the cerebral side, and lived for 40 years or so virtually sex free. Sad that I know that, but it is a good example of what you say.
Same with my MMRA elite narc. Also very heavily on the cerebral side. In fact, he´s just an athletic, sporty Cerebral and that´s it. He lives completely sex-free and prefers wanking by FAR! As H.G. points out when he´s mauling the Cerebrals: “Some of you are wanking like chimps” 😂 That´s what he does. 🤦♀️
My dad also preferred wanking, sad that I know that too. But my mother disgusted him, and he disgusted her also. Or more probably true, the idea of intimacy disgusted both of them.
Same with my MMRA elite. Utterly disgusted of intimacy! Wanking several times a day is the way to go! Sex is definitely not his favorite activity 😉 😂
My Patri Narc is the opposite. Sex, money, appearance, career, sports are everything. Patri Narc was not promiscuous but not an angel either when it came to sex and cheating on Mom. 🙄 I know this because he even bragged about it to me. 🙄🤦♀️
And here´s somatic Patri Narcs philosophy: “Aw, cheating. It´s not a big deal. You know, you go out, have some alcohol and then ..oopsie daisy! Shit happens. You just go home and pretend as nothing happened”. 🤦♀️
That is what my ex thought I now believe. Especially after re-listening to the YT videos about sex over the weekend. They don’t look at it as we do. He wasn’t even bothered that our kids found an intimate text from someone besides me on his phone! And, he would just come home like nothing ever happened. Though I don’t think he went so far as to actually tell the kids.
As H.G. points out: Sex is an instrument. I witnessed it with my MMRA. NO sexual attraction to anyone but himself. Totally auto-erotic!
By the way it´s interesting how divers the Elite cadre can be. Not all Elites are sexual. The sexuality of some lies definitely on the cerebral side. They just gain fuel from somatic- and cerebral activities, but which ones differs individually.
By the way: This reminds me of a story with my ex Upper Lesser A Somatic. He once told me what a bitch his ex-wife was, she withheld sex from him after the birth of their son.
Many years later, after H.G. found out that he was a narc (NDC), I figured that this was PROJECTION! No, not the wife withheld, it was him who did this. And of course cheated. 🙄
Ooohhh, yes! I bet you are right! The summer narc was that exact combo and he told me he never cheated on his ex or any girlfriends etc. But when i tried to pin him down on dates and time frames etc, he would not go there! No way! I pretty much figured out, due to the dates and timing etc that he had to have cheated also. And, that’s the type that is the ‘dog w 6 dicks’ I think too. It made my escape easier. Glad we both got away from them!
My Upper Lesser A Somatic was the dog with 6 dicks too. He preferred a specific type of women: the gullible, not exactly intelligent, blonde, tanned, Barbie-like, gym-bunnies 😂 I apologize for this stereotype, but that what he said. I quote: “I like the sexy, stupid blondies” I think I was an emergency pick. I do not fit into his type of woman at all but of course I got triangulated with exactly this type of woman. 🙄 Yes, let Leela feel really bad about herself and her looks! 🙄🤪 Even during the love bombing phase he couldn´t take his eyes off the young, sexy Barbie-type of woman. 🤦♀️ I really must have been an emergency pick.
Well, if it makes you feel any better, I was triangulated with a statuesque, “beautiful”, “confident” red head ALL THE TIME! Also a mid sized, “drop dead gorgeous” brunette and a tiny, cute, Scandinavian blonde. Those were the main three. But then there was another (one of about 6) redhead that he “fucked to death”, had to literally perform CPR on her naked until the ambulance arrived, good grief, I’m laughing way too much at this story right now, I mean how outrageous it is! And that one it turned out was married, to someone else! So summer narc definitely had a thing for red heads! I am blonde, the triangulation was constant and horrible! He was an ass.
They always triangulate you with something you´re NOT! You´re a blonde, so you get triangulated with dark haired and redheads. You´re a redhead, then you get triangulated with blondes and dark haired. Everything which is definitely NOT you. Because you have to feel about about yourself. 😉 That´s what they want.

I feel bad for everybody who get ensnared by a narc. Some do not have the strength to escape, they are caught in the trauma bond or they are co-dependent. A Normal does not get ensnared and if yes, they escape early as soon as devaluation sets in. A Super Empath escapes a bit later after realizing that this will not work out and when enough is enough. But the Standards and Co-Dependents are in the worst situation. They get abused until they break down. The Standard my escape then but the Co-Dependent returns and everything starts all over. If they´re lucky, they get discarded. I think mostly Standards and Co-Dependents stay long in the relationship. I have no idea about the Contagions.
I want to see how he mauls this particular type as they seem to have a perfect balance. It’s easy to see the caricaturesque features of one extreme or the other, I believe.
I only know one Elite and I wondered why he behaves so cerebral? Then found out that it doesn´t have to be 50:50. There are Elites who are more on the cerebral side and others more on the somatic side. They are just a mish mash of cerebral and somatic traits. Which ones they have varies among the individuals. Wow, maul THAT one! 😉

If it was me doing the mauling I’d come at it from the all rounder side. They are a bit of this, bit of that, but not a specialist in either. Neither one thing or the other, a fence sitter.

That was pretty good, TS! For some reason I though the Elite was not one that wasn’t particularly good at A or B, but instead, good at both. Like sexy/attractive and also clever and intellectually stimulating. But the only elite I have officially interacted with is HG so that doesn’t count.
