I purchased Pawn during the last sale and wanted to be cold, but I have dark fascinations.
Understandable.
Both the Knowledge Vault as the Video Vault are unaccessible, on all my devices (iMac, iPad,), and this is for quite some time now. Anybody else has problems?
I have checked preferences etc, so I am sure I block nothing myself.
I hope this does not continue like this.

Two or three days ago I couldn’t access Knowledge Vault from the tab at the top of the Narcsite home page. I’m on iPad too. I just checked the tab again and it goes through fine.
I got round it earlier in the week by searching KTN as an article heading from the home tab. I clicked on the link within the article.
The only thing I can suggest is searching KTN as an article heading and selecting an article from earlier in the year and trying an older link maybe?

My problem is not solved of course by hearing this, but knowing I am not alone helps a lot.
Oh my the frustration…
I have checked popup preferences, adblocks, everything. Everything is enabled for gumroad and KTN, WordPress, but no luck.
My last purchase was somewhere in August. What changed after that: there was an IOS update on the iPad, ok, could be part of the problem, but doesn’t explain the iMac, and I installed VPN, but when I switch the VPN off, the problems remain: I cannot acces on neither of my devices.
SO urgent request: pretty please don’t make more new material because I will be devastated!
Also: my comments in the forum are gone, is that by intervention of you Mr Tudor, or also because of something on my devices?

Hi Z, may I suggest you to contact WP and they may be able to assist? The fact you mentioned your comments not showing on the forum, it could be an issue with WP? They may be able to advise further. Hope that helps 🙂

You’re welcome. I’m horrific when it comes to anything tech. It does sound like an update is messing things up.
Another issue I have had of late is my email. I’m with gmail and they have this habit of putting an error message at the bottom of my inbox. Basically they want me to re log in with passwords on each email account, roughly every 4-6 weeks.
It might be worth trying that. Gumroad uses your email for purchases so your email might cause a problem.

My iPhone accesses everything perfectly fine.
