Undoubtedly, but wondering were we are in the cycle. Haven’t heard much. I was thinking about it in the shower last night. Weird, but true. I thought, “Wow, imagine to know HG and be so in love and think he is perfect, then everything falls apart and you don’t know why.”
Last night my son was telling me of a study he found somewhere that showed that for most people it takes far less than they would expect for them to do something really bad. I took it as an opportunity, of course ;), to pull in a bit about narcissism. We finally landed on the motive being different for a narc to a non-narc. The one purely for their own benefit in some random (to us) way, the other for self-preservation perhaps but not any reason less than that. It is a not a big difference in a way, but in another, it is enormous. And narcissists will come up with stuff all on their own. I feel like most people don’t, they would only do things under duress and they wouldn’t want to. That’s another huge difference. He was able to see that, it was interesting watching the lightbulbs turn on, I was thankful. He has allowed me to verbally state that I think his former boss is a narcissist, without defending her. Focusing on her behaviors and the clear lack of emotional empathy in them, now that he’s been away from her for a long time, has been helpful in him seeing her more realistically. I hope he will do the EDC at some point, sooner than later, I do think it will benefit him from being taken advantage of by narcissists as he goes through his life. Another daughter told me last night that she will take it! That’s a huge win!!

Sounds like a good read! Is it about criminal narcissists? Or narcissists with ASPD comorbidity?
Nobody will ever know. Of late, I’ve wondered if Shieldmaiden is in devaluation yet.
Devalued or already discarded.
Likely, but TMK, HG hasn’t said.
