Seeing your colleague’s getting abused eight hours a day is something i havent come to terms with yet.

I had someone ask me this morning about how to implement No Contact when you own a business with an ex narcissist romantic partner. Is this package transferable to that scenario?
Secondly would the individual need to know exactly which type of narcissist they were dealing with, or does this package apply to all narcissists?
