A brilliant logic bulletin , HG👍🏻! I always found the Grey Rock method ineffective when I tried to implement during my marriage. It never worked, never ! Every time when I tried to distance myself physically or verbally from him, after few hours he would approach me and start talking nicely, suddenly became very attentive and even would apologise.
I would lower my guard and I would be upset why I should behave like a cold hearted bitch in order to change his behaviour or to get his attention.
Implementing Grey Rock post divorce opened the gates for hoovering and being entangled again and again.
Another big “ aha” moment today , after listening to your brilliant explanation, Sir !

I’ve found it super successful, but it has to be done properly and 100%! Didn’t solve every problem I have with them but it made my life so much easier
