HG here is a question that just came to me. I know everyone has a little bit of a narcissistic trait in them even us Empaths. But with your kind and the continuous 24/7 of having to deal with it and the continuous cycle within families for example your family, your Mother, is there a way to stop the cycle continuing? Something that can be done to stop the child being raised and closing off a part of themselves from knowing feelings and experiencing feelings. Or is there nothing that can be done?

Bought this & have read it. Written with some humour. Again, a good example of understanding the different schools of narcissists and their reactions. Woe betide anyone if they are unaware of a narcissist at their dinner table.
