I was having a conversation with a friend yesterday and she asked, “Do you wonder what would have happened if you hadn’t found the blog?” It got me contemplating. If I hadn’t found your work, I would still be bothered by the relationships I had with my matrinarc, half sister, stepdaughters and a frenemy that I had. I would have thought that there was something significantly wrong with me that even her own mother and half sister could not love. I’m so glad that I don’t feel anything of that sort now and I am 💯 emotionally and mentally present for my family right now. That’s because I learned the truth about the people who are not capable of empathy or love and it has nothing to do with me. Thank you for deciding to bring awareness to a pandemic that has been plaguing the world for centuries and giving empaths the weapons to have a fair fighting chance.

I must add I had been waiting for the discount on “How to Handle the N at Work,” and thanks to this opportunity I could finally get it. I just finished listening to the whole package. It is the most accurate -I would even dare to say foretelling-information about what you will have to put up with if you work with a narcissist. My work narcissist used each one of the manipulation methods you listed. Eventually, I learned how to deal with him through trial and error and using my instinct, but now I know best. And the final and definite solution is exactly what I’m striving to achieve at this moment, because you’re totally right, it’s the only decisive manner to obtain peace from the toxic environment they create. What is not so easy for me is to adopt the Ghandi resistance method while dying inside to punch that asshole in his idiotic face, but I’ll try my best. Thank you, HG!
