HG, I would love to watch you take down other Narcs. As the Greater, you know all the tricks. Watching the Master at work, I would pay to see that. You are the best HG. Thank you for all you do for all of us.

My narc has began to move up the ranks at work. With him in a larger role this puts more women at risk because now he is no longer on an even playing field in terms of rank, but can (and will) abuse his power.

Is there any possible way I could go about exposing his treatment towards female staff ? Or is this generally a loosing battle ? I do not wish to expose myself and my relationship with him because unfortunately the reality is the woman is always pegged as “slutty”. I don’t want to make it look like I am trying to extract revenge because that is what he would want. But I also am genuinely concerned for female staff… I guess I will just have to let the chips fall where they may… but none of that seems fair.

Also, hope you’re doing well HG. I’ve noticed its been some time since there have been comments.

    1. HG Tudor says:

      1. Attempted exposure is a breach of your no contact regime and should be resisted.
      2. Exposure should only be considered where
      a. Your ET has been reduced to a very low level, giving you “headroom” to contemplate and possibly effect exposure (See me in consultation to assess ET level) ,
      b. You have clear and credible evidence to support the allegations ,
      c. The behaviour is serious and would warrant sanction/legal action (no point risking yourself for a slap across the wrist) , and
      d. You have a reasonable expectation of the evidence being listened to and acted on, rather than being dismissed out of hand. (Again, you can assess these factors in consultation with me.)

Ordinarily, you should focus on your no contact regime and resist attempting such exposure because of the need to look to your own defences and the considerable downsides associated with exposure (increased ET, hoovering, failure of exposure etc) However where certain conditions are met and I would urge you to check that with me for objective, expert input, certain situations may merit taking action.

Thank you for your detailed response. I was also offered another promotion but it meant having to transfer back to his office so I turned it down. So that part was hard to swallow as well. But truthfully I’m happier at my current location, the male staff are far less mysoginistic.

I gave it thought this week and decided I’m best to drop it… put the whole circumstance under the “life isn’t always fair category”

Besides I’m back in school, my long term plan for myself does not include that job anyways. So I’m going to put more focus on my long term plan.

Best of luck in school. You got this girl.

          1. Empath007 says:

Thank you Humbe 🤗 I’m doing quite well in it too.

My new career will be far more benefit to me in the end.

So the narc can have his promotion. I’m going to be OK.
