This thread 🙂 . Gawd. “stumped moments” = 404s, glitches, or, shit! the facade! moments 🙂
It shows that I understood some of my interactions with narcissists threatened their control. A lot! (grinning). I can also understand a great deal better about past work because of my analytical approach which challenged their systems, or, narcissist bosses (I’m laughing as I type this). It was actually a combination, me, not being understood and them being “difficult” – I was asserting my right to use my mind while they were asserting their control over me (or, at least trying to !!). 30 months of learning has achieved hell of a great deal. I’m so glad that I travelled this journey. Thank you, HG for this priceless gift xx
Yes. It is planning.
Not always.
One time he says to me “I don’t like surprises”, I’m assuming, in other words – narcissists don’t like being caught ‘unawares’ (? to avoid the ‘stumped’ moments? and not wanting to be seen as ‘reacting’ in a negative way – especially in front of other people). Lessers would react regardless.
Narcissists do not like having their control threatened, if the surprise does that, then the surprise will not be liked. If the surprise does not threaten control and you are painted white, the surprise will be lauded.
Ok, thank you for your response. I should have ignored his veiled ‘threat’ and done a few surprises 😉 What you do is FAB, thank you.
