I missed my sport tonight (with the one who choked me) and went out with my friend instead.
I will regain the peace of clear thoughts. I will stop my addiction to chaos and bizzareness.
I’ve done worse things than a Narcissist. I will live a simple life now. With the complete honesty I had before my first ensnarement with your kind.

Read it! It´s goooood! I loved it. But yes, the best is the Sex-book 😉 😀
It’s probably the only most frank book on sex available for real people……

I wish I had read it earlier. Certain things fell into place when reading it. I have Codependent as a minority element.
It’s interesting how the various minority elements show themselves. Some behaviours are absent then others really leap out.
Decision making. No problems there. I will defer occasionally but only if I think the other person has more specialty in that area. Choosing a mortgage for example. I usually deferred there. Otherwise, I just decide and sell it through if needed to ensure I get what I want. (narcy!)
Conflict resolution. Oh yes. I will do everything in my power to resolve conflict even though I hate conflict. I can stay calm, re phrase, summarise, influence, I’ll stand my ground and do it all to try and diffuse. More so as the third party, I will sometimes withdraw if personally involved in the conflict. I’ll only fight when I think I can win. Or I’ll bide my time until I can win. Likely a different element comes into play there.
Really glad I read this. It’s fascinating and I can see why my codependent element contributed to my interacting with the narcissist longer than I should have. It has made me feel better about things. Less frustrated with myself.
If the empath has a Codependent element in the school make up, I think it’s a must read. It certainly answered a lot of questions for me. Brilliant book!

I have literally all schools and cadres except Co-D. I suspect the IPPS is a Co-D, and for that reason, I not emotionally ready for it.
(I also do truly have a lot more to read in the meantime.)
