Sleep is the foundation to all success. Too often, sleep is denied you as a consequence of the impact of the narcissist, fear, anxiety and a racing mind.     Pfffff, considering that sometimes I fall asleep to the rhythm of the intonation of ordinary, instructional HG movies, sleep after dedicated materials can be fabulous 🙂

    Fortunately, I don’t have any trouble sleeping. I sleep very briefly and quite vigilantly.

    I also had episodes of sleeping 20 minutes a day, several days in a row, but I was younger then (the best creative at night). This rarely happens now. Though I’m tempted, because those short, intense dreams were amazing, wonderful. I woke up refreshed after them, as if I had slept 10 hours. A long sleep has never lived up to the level of “reality”.
