I found your “thirst trap” video very interesting and also very sad.
It prompted me to think of the new army recruitment advertisements. Some years ago the adverts depicted people on the front line contrasted with perhaps gaining a career in engineering or whatever with the slogan something like, join the army, be the best”
Fast forward to 2025, they now depict body beautiful participating in sport and then on the frontline. “Join the army be the best” no substance, just enhance your body by playing sport and army workouts.
The campaign truly taps into modern people and what’s important to them. No longer anything wholesome and worthwhile. Simply, just see how great you will look!
On the other hand, I think it’s great! Hahaha get them all to join the army lol
