I recently discovered the concept of limerence. There is a neuroscientist, Dr Tom Bellamy on YouTube. I think that limerence is the psychological term for the addiction as you describe it. I don’t know that it’s the perfect match for what you mean. But it might be worth checking out. It might be good for you to address it.
