I Just Can´t Get Enough

Alex slid into the booth across from Ben, his eyes wide and glassy, like he’d just won the lottery. The coffee shop was half-empty, the patter of rain against the windows providing a muffled backdrop. Ben, nursing a black coffee, looked up from his phone with a raised eyebrow.

“Man, Ben, you have no idea,” Alex started, barely pausing to order an espresso from the passing waiter. “I’ve met the one. Sophia. She’s… she’s incredible. I mean, out of this world. We’ve been together for like three weeks now, and it’s non-stop. Non-stop everything.”

Ben chuckled softly, setting his phone down. “Sounds intense. What’s her deal?”

Alex leaned forward, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper, though his excitement made it carry. “Her deal? Dude, her sex drive is insane. Like, I’ve never experienced anything like it. We met at that bar downtown, remember the one I told you about? She was there with some friends, wearing this tight red dress that hugged every curve. Her hair’s this cascade of dark waves, and her eyes—green, piercing, like they see right through you. From the moment we locked eyes, it was electric. We talked for hours, but honestly, it was the chemistry. Pure fire.”

Ben nodded, sipping his coffee. “Yeah? What happened next?”

“We went back to her place that night. It was mind-blowing. She didn’t hold back. We started on the couch, clothes flying everywhere, and she was all over me. Passionate, hungry. Like she couldn’t get enough. We did it three times that first night—three! Each time better than the last. Her skin is so soft, and the way she moves… it’s like she’s made for it. She’s got this energy, this lust that’s just addictive. I woke up the next morning thinking it was a one-off, but nope. She pulled me back into bed before I could even think about leaving. Morning sex, afternoon sex—we barely made it out of the apartment.”

Ben’s eyes widened a bit. “Whoa, sounds like you’re hooked.”

“Hooked? I’m obsessed, man. Completely taken in. Her attractiveness isn’t just physical, though that’s a huge part. She’s got this confidence, this raw sexuality that draws you in. High cheekbones, full lips that she bites when she’s teasing me. And her body—curvy in all the right places, toned from yoga or whatever she does. But it’s her appetite that seals it. She’s always ready, always initiating. Last weekend, we planned to go hiking, but we ended up staying in. She woke me up at dawn with her hands everywhere, whispering how much she wanted me. We went at it for hours—slow at first, building up, then frantic, sweaty, mind-numbing. I lost track of time. By evening, we were exhausted but she still wanted more. Repeatedly, Ben. It’s like she feeds off it, and now I do too.”

Ben leaned back, a small smile playing on his lips. “Damn. That’s… a lot.”

Alex waved his hands animatedly, his espresso untouched and cooling. “A lot? It’s everything. I’ve skipped work twice already because of her. Remember that big meeting on Tuesday? The one with the clients from out of town? I called in sick. Said I had a migraine. Truth is, Sophia texted me that morning saying she was home alone and craving me. How could I say no? We spent the whole day in bed—sex, naps, more sex. She has this way of looking at me, like I’m the only thing that matters, and her lust just pulls me under. We experimented with positions I’d only dreamed about. Her on top, riding me like a wave, her moans echoing off the walls. It’s intoxicating. I feel alive, Ben. More than ever.”

Ben stirred his coffee. “Skipped work? That’s not like you, Alex. You’re usually Mr. Reliable.”

“I know, I know. But she’s worth it. Her high libido matches mine—no, it surpasses it. She’s insatiable. Wednesday night, after a long day, I thought I’d crash early. But she showed up at my door in lingerie under her coat. Black lace, sheer enough to drive me wild. We didn’t even make it to the bedroom. Right there in the hallway, up against the wall. Hard, fast, then slow and teasing. She knows exactly how to touch me, how to make it last. And after? We did it again in the shower, water cascading over us, her body slick and pressing against mine. Repeatedly, until I was spent. But even then, she cuddled up, whispering about round three. I’m infatuated, man. Completely.”

Ben nodded slowly. “Sounds like paradise. But what about your family? Weren’t you supposed to visit your folks last weekend?”

Alex’s face flushed a little, but he powered through. “Yeah, about that. I bailed. Told them I had a work emergency. Truth is, Sophia wanted to spend the day together. We drove out to her cabin—wait, did I mention she has a cabin in the woods? Secluded, perfect. We got there, and it was like a switch flipped. Clothes off, on the rug by the fireplace. Her attractiveness in that natural light—flawless skin, those curves glowing. Her lust took over; she pinned me down, taking control. We went at it for what felt like forever— missionary, doggy, everything. Often, Ben. Like every couple hours. In between, we’d eat, talk a bit, but it always circled back to sex. Mind-blowing each time. I couldn’t tear myself away to see my family. They understand, right? It’s new love.”

Ben raised an eyebrow. “Do they? Your mom’s been texting me, asking if you’re okay.”

Alex shrugged, undeterred. “I’ll make it up to them. But Sophia… she’s got me wrapped around her finger. Her sexual appetite is unreal. Thursday, I turned down poker night with the guys. You remember, the one we’ve had every month for years? I said I was tired. Lie. Sophia called, said she was feeling frisky. I rushed over. We started slow—kissing, touching, building the tension. Then it exploded. She has this stamina; we did it four times that night. Four! Each one more intense. Her moans, the way she claws at my back—it’s pure lust. I’m completely taken in. Her green eyes lock on mine during, like she’s devouring my soul. And her body… God, her breasts, her hips grinding against me. It’s addictive. I can’t stop thinking about it.”

Ben interjected mildly. “Poker night? Come on, man. We missed you.”

“I know, sorry. But you’d understand if you met her. Friday, I skipped lunch with my sister. She’s in town for the week, but Sophia texted a photo—her in bed, sheets barely covering her. How could I resist? We met at a hotel for discretion. Afternoon delight turned into evening ecstasy. She was wild—tying my hands with her scarf, teasing me until I begged. Then release, over and over. Repeatedly. Her high libido fuels mine; I feel like a teenager again. Infatuated doesn’t cover it. She’s all I want.”

Ben sipped his coffee, listening patiently. “Hotel? Fancy.”

“Worth every penny. Saturday, I blew off the family barbecue. Dad’s turning 60, big deal, but Sophia planned a ‘surprise.’ We stayed in, role-playing. She was the seductress, me the helpless victim. Hours of buildup—touching, licking, exploring every inch. Then the main event: sex that shook the bed. Often, Ben. Like she never tires. Her attractiveness amplifies it—those full lips wrapped around me, her tongue magic. Lust pours from her; it’s contagious. I turned down everyone to be with her. Friends calling? Ignored. Family texts? Postponed. She’s my world now.”

Ben finally spoke up a bit more. “Alex, slow down. This sounds great, but are you okay? You’re ditching everything.”

Alex paused for a second, then laughed it off. “Okay? I’m better than okay. Sunday, we lounged all day. Started with morning sex—lazy, intimate. Then again after breakfast. Her body against mine, warm and inviting. By lunch, round three. She’s so responsive; every touch elicits a gasp, a plea for more. We tried new things: toys she brought, positions from some app. Mind-blowing. I skipped brunch with you guys because… well, you know. Her lust has me hooked. Completely taken in. I dream about her curves, her scent, the way she arches her back.”

Ben tilted his head. “Brunch too? Harsh.”

“I’ll reschedule. But Monday—oh man. I called in sick again. Sophia said she needed me. We spent the day exploring fantasies. She dressed up as a nurse, ‘healing’ me with her body. Slow builds to explosive climaxes. Repeatedly. Her attractiveness shines in those moments—sweat-glistened skin, hair tousled, eyes wild with desire.”

Ben leaned in.

” Tuesday night, after work—barely made it through the day thinking about her—we met at her place. She greeted me naked. Instant ignition. Sex on the kitchen counter, then the couch, then bed. Lust like a storm. I’m lost in it.”

As the conversation stretched on, Alex kept pouring out details—how Sophia’s touch electrified him, her moans symphony-like, her body a masterpiece. He described skipping a cousin’s wedding rehearsal (“Sophia wanted a romantic night in—candles, oils, endless passion”), turning down a road trip with old college buddies (“Her text: ‘Come over, I need you now.’ How could I not? We went five rounds that day”), and even ignoring his best friend’s birthday call (“I was mid-thrust; her legs wrapped around me, pulling me deeper”).

Ben listened, his responses growing scarcer: “Uh-huh,” “Sounds wild,” “Be careful.” But Alex was unstoppable, painting vivid pictures of Sophia’s allure—her sultry voice whispering dirty promises, her fingers tracing his skin, her insatiable hunger leading to marathon sessions that left him blissfully drained.

By now, the rain had eased, but Alex showed no signs of stopping. He detailed Thursday’s escapade—ditching a work happy hour for a quickie that turned into an all-nighter. “Her curves pressing into me, her breath hot on my neck. We did it in every room. Often. I can’t get enough.”

Friday: Blew off a family movie night. “Sophia sent a nude. Instant decision. Hours of teasing foreplay leading to explosive sex. Her eyes, her touch—infatuation at its peak.”

Saturday: Turned down volunteering with friends. “Sophia’s cabin again. Nude hiking turned into outdoor passion—against a tree, on the grass. Her lust in nature? Primal. Mind-blowing.”

Sunday: Ignored a sibling’s plea for help moving. “Sophia needed me more. Lazy day turned erotic marathon. Repeatedly. Her body, her appetite—I’m enslaved.”

As the coffee shop lights dimmed for closing, Alex finally wound down, though his eyes still sparkled. “See what I mean, Ben? She’s everything. I’ve reshaped my life around her. Work, friends, family—secondary. Her sexual appetite has me hooked. Completely taken in.”

Ben stood, patting Alex’s shoulder. “Just… don’t lose yourself entirely, okay?”

But Alex was already texting Sophia, already lost.

Infatuation? Emotional thinking? Ensnarement?

Interesting reading, sir. I’m not quite sure yet. It’s a snapshot of a relationship that seems to have extended some time, based on Alex failing at so many commitments to others…lying to miss work, skipping visiting his parents, cancelling lunch with his sister…and yet, his friend is clearly confused…saying Alex is normally “Mr. Reliable.” We only have one opinion, from Ben. But he says that Alex’s mom has been texting, concerned about him. That indicates she has noticed his behavior is off…she might be any classification of yours. I will guess her as having empathy, based on probability. Assuming the Alex is relating the truth about his lover…rather than a half-truth or total fabrication… He may be an empath who is ensnared by a somatic narcissist. Or he may be a narcissist with a now cracked façade. He is promising to make up with family…but we do not know the follow through. I would guess that the two are close…but is this over sharing about his sex life? Some people would be bothered by that level of detail, but Ben doesn’t. This likely indicates a friend of some time and greater closeness than just a coworker friend.

The comments have been interesting. I enjoyed reading them. And I appreciate the opportunity to test are knowledge in these challenges. Thank you, sir.

    He said

“From the moment we locked eyes, it was electric.”

But she said, he locked onto her 🕵️‍♀️

    Is he an unaware somatic…?

Or is she a narcissist and did she lock onto him but tell her friend he locked onto her, either consciously or subconsciously…🧐

Either way, both ditch their commitments easily… 🤨

    People do live, huh!!!! 😄

P.S. Why do I still feel like I’m reading some kind of forbidden adult content?😅😏

This could also be the psychic connection hoover. 😂

  5. Violetfire says:

If she really is Sophia, perhaps it’s a divine union? 😉

    “Infatuation? Emotional thinking? Ensnarement?”

Interesting. Let me think this through. It depends on who we’re speaking of.

I’m usually Alex, sometimes I behave like Sophia, and I’ve played Ben.

For Alex, I think it’s emotional thinking and infatuation–if Sophia is normal. If she’s a narcissist, it’s also a case of ensnarement because the purpose of her behavior is obtaining the Prime Aims, and he’s clearly being drawn in. He feels she’s mirroring/matching his lust, and if she’s a narcissist, she is. And for her, it would be a means to an end.

If she’s an empath, then it’s also her emotional thinking and possibly infatuation operating as well as his, but she’s not trying to ensnare him. So, for Alex, if she’s an empath, he may be experiencing the other two states, but not ensnarement because her intentions are not related to that.

Because Alex is neglecting his life, he’s engaging in emotional thinking and not using logic. And he’s infatuated because she’s got The Glimmer. But whether or not it’s ensnarement would depend on whether she’s a narcissist.

    Unless…

Alex is a narcissist. And Sophia is a new prospect. And Alex is placing his other appliances on the shelf because he’s getting his needs met with the new prospect he’s ensnaring. I consider this because he is infatuated (narcissists can experience that), but he’s very, very keyed in on her responsiveness to him. And he’s quick to lie. About everything. He appears also to have no remorse–he makes no apologies to Ben about missing poker night, even telling him he lied, but it’s like it’s nothing. He’s also very dismissive of his father’s 60th birthday, which most would consider a milestone. If he were normal or empathic, I don’t think he’d react that way; it appears the family is close.

Then again, she does have those soul-stealing eyes…

And, of course, it could also be the case they’re both narcissists, or normals, or empaths, or any other combination. The third part–ensnarement–would depend on whether narcissism is in operation in the situation.

Honestly, it’s hard to figure out because this is a snapshot, and anyone is capable of anything under the right conditions. The Red Flags about Sophia are the timing, the sudden nature of the engagement, her ever presence, her use of sex, her willingness to do anything anywhere, the fact that she has what seems to be a secret rendezvous cabin in the woods, her skills, and the fact that she can devote so much time and energy to him. These are all indicators, and she does appear to be drawing him away from his life into her world. But, I must admit, I’ve had times where I’ve behaved as Sophia, and I’m not a narcissist. It would depend on how prevalent this type of behavior is for her.

    Dammit.

I just can’t settle. Too many factors could be at work.

    1. Violetfire says:

I like the way you think, Allison. There’s much to consider.

      1. Allison says:

Thank you for saying so. I always think my mind is too messy for publication, but I feel safe doing it here.

        1. Violetfire says:

Not too messy for my understanding. I was following intently all the way through your thought processes and digging it. It was resonating. You’re very funny as well.

          1. Allison says:

Thank you. Humor one of my defenses. And I like the use of “digging”.

    2. Jade says:

Thanks for this breakdown Allison, it was very helpful.

      1. Allison says:

You’re welcome. Writing helps me think about things.

  7. Jade says:

Ooh good timing for the questions I’ve been pondering here recently, thank you HG. 🙏 I’d say all three.

  8. In fairness, the Somatics are talented!

    1. Violetfire says:

What would be the empath equivalent of the somatic narcissist? Geyser?

      1. truthseeker6157 says:

        Hi Violetfire,

I don’t think there would be a direct equivalent in terms of empathic school or cadre. I would look at it in terms of traits related to somaticism.

So, I’d expect to see high pride, vanity, showcasing, infidelity with possibly high jealousy/envy and selfishness. Empathic trait wise possibly high truth seeker and high love devotee.

There will be variations of trait strength even within the same schools and cadres but Super Empaths tend to come out higher in terms of the narcissistic traits.

        1. Violetfire says:

Thank you, TS. That makes sense. I should probably get the trait detector to discover more.

          1. truthseeker6157 says:

            Hi Violetfire,

The Trait Detector is incredibly useful. It really explains a lot in terms of your strongest empathic and narcissistic traits and how those traits sit together.
Knowing your strongest traits helps you recognise what is driving you in certain situations and more importantly which traits are easiest for the narcissist to use against you.

A friend of mine also took the TDC, great fun, showcasing is his strongest narcy trait so now I get to point it out when it lights up. He really does showcase too! We can laugh about it but we can also caution each other when situations are a little more serious.

The TDC will be relevant and useful to you throughout your lifetime. For me it’s probably the most insightful detector and the one I found to be undeniably accurate.

  9. Asp Amp says:

By the time I had finished reading this article, I wondered whether it was two narcissists / narcissistic individuals. Can empaths / normals have “glassy” eyes?

I also thought of ‘Who’s The Daddy?’, ‘Spanked’…..

What is Sophias take? Her side of the story?

Regardless, Alex’s “admission” that he is ‘hooked’ by Sophia’s appetite for sex (control & fuel?) could be likened to how Harry was ensnared by TOW’s “she lets you do anything”, not using the brain on the shoulders (led by the one below the waist).

    Interesting story. Thank you, HG.

    1. Jade says:

Good points Asp Amp. I didn’t think of that. He does ditch his friends and family easily. It also does sound like “this one” and his wife…

      1. Asp Amp says:

Hi Jade, the narcissist tends to apply the influence via manipulations ‘isolating’ of their ensnared (prey) from family / friends / support networks quite early on in the “relationship”. Harry & TOW are a typical example of this occurring, now, it can be seen with Brooklyn and the woman he married (Nicola).

        1. Jade says:

I agree, Asp Amp. Its sad re Brooklyn 🙁 hopefully he’ll see the light. I wondered about Alex’s empathy in this story, from what you said too as he ditched people in his life very easily…

I have been sharing that I *think* I have had romantic relationships with narcs (I thought I hadn’t but watching one of HGs videos made ne think again) but if they were narcs, they’ve never done the isolating thing. 🤔 If anything these guys were more avoidant but I understand it can play out in different ways…

          1. Asp Amp says:

Hi Jade, in time, the more you read / listen to of HG’s work, the more you will ‘see’ and understand – yourself, your past, that will lead you to your present. I found that as time went by, I was able to ‘see’ more and understand more, as well as ‘processing’ the memories (some were painful, compared to others). Sometimes, it is not always as clear to ‘see’ if previous people in your life are narcissists, until it clicks and then, you ‘see’ with clarity. Yes, some narcissists have a tendency to be “avoidant” when they sense an empath who may be considered too difficult for them to control despite being able to obtain some fuel from you…… perceptions can change over time.

          2. Jade says:

Thank you Asp Amp! I appreciate you writing that. I do feel my brain being clearer and more logical and I liked what you said about things changing over time. Whatever my ex was, I have more clarity than I’ve had in 30 years and that’s huge. I don’t think I could even admit he’d behaved badly due to ET but there’s definitely blinkers coming off now… Thanks again x

          3. Asp Amp says:

Jade, see my comment that I posted on HG’s recent posting ‘Five Calls To Isolate You’.

          4. Jade says:

Will do, thanks Asp amp 👍

    2. alexissmith2016 says:

Hi ASP, I’m not sure about normals, I don’t interact with many. But I definitely believe empaths do. When my husband (I strongly believe to be an empath), used to talk about fishing hahaha his eyes would completely glaze over with excitement. I think the glazed look is linked to any so likely includes nórmals too.

Exciting new articles HG, I agree with the others, definitely not one for your videos haha

      1. Asp Amp says:

Hi Alexissmith2016, thank you for sharing that observation that you made of your husband’s “glazed over”. Is it the same as “glassy”? I’ll have to do some ‘intense staring’ into the eyes of people in the future to actually take more notice of the person speaking about such “interest” (more likely to unnerve them though) !!

        1. Hhahaha love that ASP! I’ll look out for anyone staring intently at me or others.

          1. Asp Amp says:

Laughing…… call it a moment of ‘frozen in time’…….or, an extended ‘404’.
