  1. I realize that many of these posts are repeat posts for newer readers, and also to help us better get these facts into our heads. But, I still check them out from time to time- but not as often as I used to.

I do have more on my “goals lists”,
than to forever read about Narcissists.

  2. I still read this blog from time to time for a reality check, it helps- – over the past few months N and I have reached a place where we can interact with his kids and be ‘friendly ‘… I’m able to do this because I see right through his bs now… he is so self centered that he doesn’t have a clue that I do….
Things got a bit too good, we ‘got together’ on xmas eve, ( ugh, I know, but it was like putting on a comfortable sweatshirt, familiar, until I woke and realized that I ‘cleaned my closet’ months ago and don’t wear that anymore:)
I just broke the news to him via phone, now waiting for the fallout, but absolutely know I can handle it, because I really DON’T care anymore…
    thanks hg. #fuel

    1. Thats the thing…you can be over it but if they cant accept that and need the same type of fuel it may not work. Ive scoured the internet looking for examples of this type of situation but its rare. Usually they discard permanently if they can no longer control you the same way.

      1. You’re right, and I’m sure he will take away my access to his kids, but I see them through their mom ( his ex) as well, so I’m not worried… the only bummer is he now changed his password on Apple TV so I lost access to 700 movies 🙂
