This is why i dont follow the narc online bc either id read too much into a like bc i dont trust him OR if he knew i was watching would use likes to devalue or create insecurity basically as a narc tool.
That being said its been difficult for him as a result to triangulate me online to the point he was starting to show me posts and comments to him from others. I stopped him and told him not to show me his dealings online. He’s scrambling at straws to use something to control me. His online approach ive thwarted.
If something makes me feel bad ill tell him directly so he stops. The only thing i gave up on was the shelving bc hed go right back to it so now i say nothing. I act like it doesnt bother me at all which gets him insecure and has him probably wondering if im involved elsewhere. Grey rock baby. I put on my narc poker face and dont let him read me. Gone are the days of long letters explaining my feelings. Just more ammunition sadly.
