Examples of manipulations I have been subjected to at work during the years:
Being accused of stealing
Being accused of lying
Being blamed for manager’s mistakes, or even colleagues’
Having managers take credit for my work / having my ideas stolen
Receiving bad performance reviews (lots of projection there)
Being micromanaged
Being triangulated
Being gaslighted
Being smeared
Being provoked (and then accused of being a ‘hot-head’ for responding to provocation)
Being sexually harassed
Being promised a pay rise that was never given to me
Having job duties taken away from me and substituted with ‘cookie-cutting’ tasks OR being literally swamped with things to do
Being patronised
Needless to say, I never, ever received any support and/or mentoring by my narc-managers.
I am buying this package TONIGHT. I can’t wait to absorb this new information and put it to use.

Awesome idea!! I think the worst narcissist to deal with is one you cant escape and narcs in the workplace are common and you cant fully escape unless you want to keep changing careers/jobs. Frusterating and awful situation to many.
