Thanks to you, I finally did it. I went through my phone and deleted all my texts from him. Got rid of all pictures of him. I blocked him and anyone involved on my phone and social media. I have maybe 5 friends on Facebook now.
I’m going to start reading No Contact tonight to ensure I have a strong regime in place. I’m thinking Exorcism will be the next book I need to purchase.

Thank you. Maybe not making strides but getting there. Making more progress here in a matter of weeks than the many months I spent out there knowing what I was dealing with but not having the right information.
Good to read. Yes, this is where you make progress. Anywhere else is either wrong, irrelevant or not as effective.
